I have been thinking about everything I’m grateful for. 나는 내가 감사하는 모든 것에 대해 생각해 왔습니다. When I want to complain, I think about the suffering of others. 나는 불평하고 싶을 때 다른 사람의 고통을 생각한다. Then I remember that my life is actually very good. 그러다가 내 인생이 실제로 아주 좋았다는 것을 기억합니다. I have a lot to be thankful for. 나는 감사할 것이 많다. My family loves me, and I have many friends. 우리 가족은 나를 사랑하고 친구도 많습니다. I know that when I’m feeling sad, I can reach out to a friend. 나는 슬플 때 친구에게 연락할 수 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다.

My friends always help me to put things into perspective. 내 친구들은 항상 내가 사물을 올바른 시각으로 볼 수 있도록 도와줍니다. Sometimes it helps to look at things from a different point of view. 때로는 다른 관점에서 사물을 보는 것이 도움이 됩니다. Then we can see all the good there is in the world. 그러면 우리는 세상에 있는 모든 좋은 것을 볼 수 있습니다. People are always trying to help each other. 사람들은 항상 서로를 도우려고 노력합니다. Everyone is just doing their best. 다들 최선을 다하고 있을 뿐입니다. When I think about my loved ones, I feel a sense of connection. 사랑하는 사람을 생각하면 유대감이 느껴집니다.

I'm connected to everyone in the whole world. 나는 전 세계의 모든 사람과 연결되어 있습니다. No matter where we live, we are all the same. 어디에 살든 우리는 모두 똑같습니다.
