We continued a discussion we were having the whole trip around the theme of staying in rhythm. Scott identified three of the major things that hinder the rhythm of a surf session and we spend a little time talking about those things, what you can do to change them, and what parts you can't change and therefore need to simply accept as part of the surfing journey.
