#EP31 A Very Random Hung Over Chat

This week Steph accidentally dropped the clutch and had a Thursday night belter.

Despite being severely hungover, she came in on Friday to record the podcast and was supported by Ella (who was fresh as a daisy) and Ruby, her sister. Look, to be honest, this poddy is a bit all over the shop and emotional (as all hangovers are) but we show the mental head noise of a hangover, in REAL-TIME. We've all been there and it's hell - so if you're in the same boat today, don't be too hard on yourself.

We laugh and we cry, we chat about the night that was, having big nights out as a way to ease pain and stress (which is never a good idea) and some of our worst hangovers.
