On this episode we are joined by Dr Kendra Coulter. She is an Associate Professor, and the Department Chair, in the department of Labour Studies at Brock University in Ontario, Canada. We discuss her chapter “Toward Humane Jobs and Work-Lives for Animals”, which was published in Oxford University Press’s 2020 volume Animal Labour: A New Frontier of Interspecies Justice?. This was edited by Kendra, along with two previous Knowing Animal guests: the legal scholar Charlotte E. Blattner and the political philosopher Will Kymlicka.
