In this episode of Knowing Animals I am joined by Peter Adkins. Peter is an Assistant Lecturer and Ph.D. Candidate in the School of English at the University of Kent in the UK. We discuss his article ‘The Eyes of That Cow: Eating Animals and Theorizing Vegetarianism in James Joyce’s Ulysses’, which appeared in the journal Humanities in 2017.
