Curious Cases: The Andover Poltergeist

Join us for part 1 of our 3-part Poltergeist miniseries, as we take a slight departure from our normal format to share the story of the Andover Poltergeist.

This time we share an intriguing poltergeist case from the 1970’s that occurred a few years before the more famous Enfield case, and was investigated in a truly interesting way by member of the Society for Psychical Research; Dr Barrie Colvin.

We will be hearing more about Dr Colvin’s work in part 2, but for now, let us transport you back to the 1970’s and a terraced council house in the south of England, whose resident family are having nightly conversations … with a poltergeist!
