[SPEAKER_00]: Allison Shrewvestaba, an economist with the Indeed hiring lab, explained, people could really change jobs if they wanted to. [SPEAKER_00]: There was a lot more opportunity for people to change careers.

[SPEAKER_00]: Some of the top reasons for career change, according to a Flex Jobs poll, are, the decision to work remotely, sixty-seven percent, a better work-life balance, fifty-two percent, more meaningful or fulfilling career options, forty-eight percent, and higher pay, forty-eight percent. [SPEAKER_00]: According to the analysis from Indeed's hiring lab, the hospitality and tourism sector saw ninety-one percent of workers switching careers.

[SPEAKER_00]: The reason, Shreepa Stopis says, is the fact that there is no upward mobility in the field. [SPEAKER_00]: Furthermore, many workers are in lower wage positions that have long hours and unpredictable schedules, according to the Financial Services Company Pay Act. [SPEAKER_00]: The arts and entertainment sector, as well as the child care sector, saw eighty-six percent of their workforce switch professions.

[SPEAKER_00]: The primary reason, most aspiring authors, actors and so on give up on their dreams at one point in switch to more stable careers, reports have shown. [SPEAKER_00]: As for the child care sector, although the field can be rewarding, workers feel that the pay is not enough, compared to the work they have to put in.

[SPEAKER_00]: According to the logistics company intelligence audit, the logistics sector faced a significant disruption during the pandemic, prompting many workers to quit for better pay and less stress. [SPEAKER_00]: The hiring lab analysis show that the sector saw eighty-six percent of the workforce which careers from twenty-twenty-two to twenty-twenty-four.

[SPEAKER_00]: As for the personal care and home health sector, workers lead because of the low pay, difficult hours and inconsistent schedules, according to the company care void, which makes software for the industry. [SPEAKER_00]: On the other hand, Trend Show that the fewest workers switch from the rocket patients that require formal credentials, licenses, training and specialized skills.
