Episode description

Being successful in leadership and in ministry often feels like you need to be at the right place at the right time. Some might even say that you need to be “lucky” in order to “catch” opportunities. But how can we put ourselves in a position to get “lucky” more often? In this episode, Program Director Kenneth Ortiz recounts the narrative of Zack Hample, the man who holds the Guinness World Record for most baseballs caught at baseball stadiums and games. It appears that Zack gets “lucky” but in reality he puts himself in position to “catch” the most amount of luck. In leadership and in ministry, we can do the same. Kenny gives four steps to follow to get “lucky” on purpose: 1- Be present 2- Study the Trends and date 3- Be patient and perservere 4- Pray
