Episode description
Here's episode 11 of the KIMEcast, where we host Lucas Giolito. Lucas Giolito is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball. He was named to the MLB All-Star Game and pitched one scoreless inning in a 4–3 victory for the American League, and on August 25, 2020, he became the 19th player in White Sox history to throw a no-hitter, and became the first White Sox player to throw a no-hitter with 10 or more strikeouts after he struck out 13 batters with just one walk. Lucas talks on the KIMEcast about his history in baseball, how he prepares for games, his off-season training, and why he doesn't like running poles after games.
