Also known as ‘The Eleven That Went to Heaven’ This is heavy case that took place throughout the 1970’s in and around Galveston County, TX. These gruesome murders of 11 girls, some were in pairs, would be found in swamps, marshes, and other bodies of water in Texas. These 11 and a cluster of other murders along I-45 have led the area to be dubbed “The Texas Killing Fields”.
