Everything is energy. Everything we say, do, and believe has a vibrational field. We all have the ability to heal ourselves from past pain or any present pain of current circumstances. Erin works with the Akashic Records to unlock one's highest sense of self through channeling their masters, teachers, and loved one.
The biggest message in this episode is 'take ownership and responsibility for your energy'. Trust the message you hear to heal from the past. And 'survival is based on us supporting ourselves and not looking at anything outside of us.'. The best way to heal is to release and move forward and work on ourselves. Changing ourselves first is the most important thing. Follow your heart, calling and intuition. Now is the time to go within, trust your authenticity, and remember your unique vibrational pulse in the universe.
