#048: Phillip Nappi

Phillip’s story (he lost both parents by the age of 12), the origins and journey of their premium Italian fashion brand: Peter Nappi, his past business ventures, his recent franchise startup Vavia and more. 

 

Phillip is the founder and CEO of Vavia, a technology based waste removal franchise.  Vavia is Italian for “it goes away”, you can find out more information on their website at ‘govavia.com’.  Phillip and his wife Dana were founders of the premium Italian fashion brand, Peter Nappi as well.  Phillip was also the co-founder and CEO of Tennessee Waste, a waste removal company he bought in 1999 and later sold to Waste Management.  Phillip has a bachelors degree in Accounting and lives in Nashville TN with his wife and daughter.
