I want everyone to know that if you want children and you get diagnosed with cancer and have to go through chemotherapy, ask you doctor about fertility issues that may arise. My mental health experience, going through chemo. Cognitive testing, Brain MRI, and the continued feelings I have on the subject. The last few minutes might be a PSA for all of us living on the internet as a reminder to be Kind and spread love not hate. Hate only hurts you, and frankly you have to know someone to hate them so how about saying "dislike".

Anyone else have a story like this? For me it was the male nurse the morning after my surgery tugging my gown closed which happened to pull on my drains. Modesty comes at a price, but it shouldn't cause physical pain. Send me a message: https://anchor.fm/emily-hayes1/message

Cancer is a difficult journey and not everyone lives in the end. I was lucky enough to know to speak up, and I chose to live. Others don't know to speak up, or aren't comfortable seeking medical help. The second is true of my grandmother and we lost her while I was undergoing treatment which means I didn't attend her funeral or speak to her in person again before she passed.

I'm not going to tell you in the description what It is, but I will say it is taking all of my patience. Keep in mind when you want to do something that relies on others involvement that your timeline doesn't matter what matters is that your vision will one day come alive. Don't compromise just to see your vision become reality a little sooner, it will be worth the wait.

Throughout this whole journey I have been so astonished to be reminded on multiple occasions that people care about other people. I used to be of the belief that people where mostly selfish and I am glad to be wrong on this occasion, so keep proving me wrong and care about your fellow humans.

The Rose is an amazing Healthcare nonprofit and specifically helps women seeking breast health care. They helped me through my journey and continue to help me spread my story. For 2021 Women's History Month and the theme of standing up for oneself I was featured on The Rose social media, my story was told in a Houston Chronicle Article, and I was interviewed on live TV. I also mention in the podcast that women should give men the go ahead to listen to this podcast. I only mean that ...
