- Learn about the so called HIGH physical exertion can give you. Endorphins, Oh it's real. It rewards action neurologically to keep humans alive and thriving. There is a cascade of hormones released. Just saying endorphins scratches the surface.

- Music can be used as a performance enhancing drug. Scientifically proven, but anecdotally I can verify heavier lifts when listening to Pantera.

- Humans can get hooked on exercise closely resembling a drug addiction. BUT the positive results grow when done more often. The opposite of a drug or alcohol addiction which only gets worse.

- Synchronized activities are encoded in our DNA to be enjoyable. This is why you find so many diverse selections from soccer to dancing to martial arts class. Examples are endless!

- Exercise can change your perception of self. Who you really identify as.   

- There is an ancient human connection behind exercise in nature. We desire it. I say we need it. Its symbiotic. Humans give off carbon dioxide, plants give off oxygen. You can go further into the earths grounding polarity and negative ions which balance our system. But I'll stop here.

- Mental strength, grit, confidence can be derived from facing physical hardships and enduring through. There are so many examples, but check out David Goggin's for mental fortitude, confidence, physical determination, and more. Just listen to my podcast or Google the guy. You'll see!!
