- Don't be conventional. Think outside the box. Imitation is inherent in humans, but will never let you shine.
- Social media is meant to be hypnotizing. A time thief.
- People are attracted to gossip and fear. Avoid the temptation of following the narrative in the media.
- Less segregation & division. Agreeing to disagree is ok!
- Notice your biases, be open to new information & changing your opinion.
- You are literally what you eat! The body makes tissues and organs out of what it is given.
- Movement = Life. Brains & bodies expect movement for health & happiness.
- Principles over politics! Politics are running science, media, and free speech. It should be based on facts, truth, and freedom!
- Some stressors make you stronger and smarter!
- When your mind & body say quit, you should actually have 50-70% more to go!
- Make bonds with family, friends, colleagues, and mentors. Isolation is toxic, releasing bad neurohormones! Connection at least 1 time a week is a must! Go to someones house, a park, shopping, sports, dinner, a bar. Relations bring good Vibes & Karma in your life. Also opening doors to opportunity.
