When I grew up I grasped the concept of working hard. It made sense to me and I applied this to every job I got. But then I learnt we need to 'work smart'. What the hell did this mean? I had to study this and now I get it. In this episode I will explain why 'adding value' is the more guaranteed way to get ahead and back it up with a law + by one of the richest people in the world.
