Megatrends in human resource development of European public administration

Thomas Prorok (KDZ) and Barbara Zupanc (Ministry of Public Administration, Republic of Slovenia) discuss the findings of two studies conducted in 2021 during the Slovenian EU-Presidency. The first study addresses the Human Resource Management (HRM) of the future: “Ageing and Talent Management in European Public Administrations” and the second study focuses on “The Impact of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) on HRM and People“.
