Ah, that's how that works. This is what I've long told salespeople who like the questions about what time you should be doing stuff or what time the show starts, Which you think, if you worked here at this company, you know the exact parameters of the show. Ros you've worked, you work your long enough. Would you say that our sales team, in the totality, obviously most of them do, in the totality, knows the current requirements, timing, and effort of the show. Would you say that's a fair

assessment. Ah, yeah, I guess it's fair. Okay. Would you say that Every now and then you get an email where you're like, I think the clothes have taken over and they've not actually gotten all the information from the people they're taking over. Every now and again, yeah, it's like, are you're like a pod person? Okay, I'm telling you, man. Every time, bless her heart, apparently we have somebody new in the food chain. And there were the emails that were sent to me yesterday.

We're so odd and it all squared, and I get they were so odd. I thought it was like the world's worst scam. Do you know what I'm saying? Do you know how like, if somebody wants to scam you, there's a certain nugget of actual accurate information they'll use. You know, one of the big scams now is the whole Hey, I'm a friend of your granddaughter, grandson. They'd be kidnapped. It's cartel. You wouldn't understand. Blah blah blah. And they're using nuggets of information to get there.

Oh yeah, that's that's like a huge issue, right though, I point this out, Oh you want a blue screen? Me huh, I'm sorry. I'm sitting here and I'm trying. I'm trying to lay this damn story out. What is this? You know, I can actually appreciate the fact that Microsoft has figured out a so I can either learn more or just be stuck there in perpetuity. Oh, I hate all of you. Go away anyway, apologize. That's like my normal restart procedure. It's amazing what we

will actually put up with. This actually ties into what I was going to get into. But now I'm gonna do it with story and audio. So like, I know, I know on my display show computer that if when I boot up in the morning, when I finally get around to actually trying to launch the word document from Ross's email. But I haven't closed Microsoft teams, which just loads, because there we go. It's going to require me to do that. So all right, I'm sure there's a fix it,

yall. What you gotta do is you gotta put in a trouble ticket to the to engineering, which is what they want to deal with and or commit to. Yes, this letting the digital version of it attempt to fix it, which apparently isn't happening. All right, here we go, a crazy morning man. All right eight eight eight nine three four seven eight seven four the phone number. All Right, I'm sorry, I have to I have to go through and I gotta enter this. I have no choice in the

matter. Here we go. Yeah, it was booted in for like forty five minutes, and then right as the show starts, it's like, duh, that's something things I got to deal with here at oh dark thirty. Hope you're okay with that? All right, there we go? Maybe nah, there we go. Okay, all right, you know, I feel like I feel like a twitch streamer, not you, of course. Ross.

I'm sure everything's fine. From the moment you start. There's never any There's a couple of guys that I watch YouTube videos of and it's clear like they're pulling stream elements from Twitch or what's the one right now? Kick is it? Kick? Yeah? Yeah, yes, kick? Okay, all right, so they pull elements from it, but like they leave all the elements where everything's broke every time, and I'm like, oh, dude, you never know. It's an adventure, dude, No, no, I

feel like we started this. Yeah. No, no, we're trying to. Yeah, except everything, everything's fine, everything looks perfect, tested for an hour, he hit go live, and boom, it all breaks every single time. Hey, remember last last week, I'm gonna do the Chris Farley remember this skit? Hey, remember and then talk about last week when we were in I was in Greensboro and then everything worked until three minutes before

the show and then yeah, yep, that was last week. So to Ross's point, if Twitch is crazier than that, good for them, man, because you know, we just had regular FM broadcasts and it didn't work out. So all right eight eight eight nine three four seven eight seven four it is uh, dude, I'm gonna take this computer, and let's this computer like if it pre registered would probably win some sort of Award from the Guinness folks. Dude, I'm it's got to be an update, all right,

I'm gonna figure this out. Six fourteen, we'll give you the rundown. Next hang up one oh six one FM Talk and nine four five w PTI, two stations driving the best in talk. This is Casey O Day and Carolina's Morning News. Sorry that timed out perfectly as um trying to digest a little breakfast there. But that's how we roll with that, is that Ross doesn't need that, sir. What is add is this? Dude? We haven't had the Eddy story. There has anything to do with this man.

Some guys sends me an email because he's too lazy to look up your stuff. And he's like, hey, man, you do me a favor. Let Ross know that we got a punch of it. Wait, hold on, I gotta do this in a very professional manner. Howdy man. I turned it to hey, but let's go with what was written. Love y'all, if you could let Ross know we have a bunch of extra so in fabric that folks are using for blind coverage and assembly of various all right, so the some dude just sent me an email to let you know that

he's got a bunch of fake foliage crap. If you want to make another Gillie suit, No, I'm good, I got the one. I appreciate it, though. See, sir, here's what you don't understand. Ross doesn't want to make his own Guilly suit. He wants a Gillie suit to show up on his front porch. Correct that, which, of course, it's sort of like you know, I've been rewatching the Marvel films. It's like shows up. It's like when Thanos shows up for the second time and

he's just sitting there and she's like, what are you gonna do? And he's like, I'm just gonna I'm excnna wait for it to come to me. Yep, Except what do you want to get into the actual utilization of Guilli suits? And you know the narrative there, And now, admittedly I'm not scout sniper dude, but um, there's a little something something about customizing him, making it yourself. Ross doesn't want any of that. He wants to lethargically mess with. This is pre covid to some extent. He wants

to lethargically mess with like his workers. So there's like a plan, dude goes back to working down the hallway into the sales department. Stuff gets missing. It's a whole thing. I had to stop though, because then I finally acquired said gilly suit after a decade of wanting to do this, and then there was like tons of mass shootings and then I was like, well, I can't do it because it's going to start a panic. I mean not if you're good, you know what I mean. They go, oh

my gosh, there's a plan that might be a person. So you gotta be you gotta be smoother than that. You gotta have standards, man, So thank you, sir. He doesn't need that. And by the way, if you want to find it's not that hard to find Ross's contact infoe. In fact, there's a new policy because I want all y'all to have better Internet at protocols and standards and processes. All right, So if you send me an email and you're like, ah, this emails for Ross,

it ain't going to them. You know why, because it's too easy. It's too easy to gather information. Go online and Google it or duc duct go it or Yahoo it or whatever. The bar is way too low, Okay. And then if you want to send something, you'll send it to them, But sending it to me. Done with that too easy? Are

we clear? All right? And vice versa. So if you know somebody emails Ross the effort it would have taken to not find my email, I give Ross one permission to ignore it, because I definitely haven't been doing that for twelve No, you have permission if you want to ignore it, is what I'm saying. You can change the current regimented way in which you handle

that right where you double you, right you from the hold on. Let me see the handbook here, So you would at that point you would be cc the regional boss, CC the two locals, and then in house and then from there you would send it to me. Is the current process? I think at the moment, I delete probably nine of my emails without ever reading them. So these are emails being sent to me through you. I

have no idea referring to that process. So I think it's funny whenever Late Corporate sends out the fishing email like were you hooked by the latest phishing email? I'm like, woman, I never read your stuff. No, what's the best part is like I have to go back and I'm like, did I even see the email they're referred to in the I? Do you do the VIP thing in the iOS? Alright? Alright, so in the ie, because you have an iPhone, you can do this. So you can

go and you can indicate a particular email address by holding. You just go to it and then put your thumb and hold on it and you can add to VIP. So I will make any of our sellers, you and a couple in management are VIP. And then when I'm looking at inbox, you know, scent drafts, all of that, there's one called VIP so it only looks at emails from the people I VIP so salespeople, you couple, boss folk, And there's a lot of afternoons where I go straight to VIP.

Don't want to read the rest of it because sometimes it's for you. That's the great circle that we were coming to here. So it's a way to further eliminate having to read stuff that you don't want to read when you're in that mood. So check it out, That's all I'm saying. Anyway, it is six twenty six. It's this thing really doing there. We go, all right, coming up on the show. Is we a little sideways there? Well, I did exactly Ross's fault. Wait, what is

this? Why is Boston, Paul? You need to not be up all night? Here we go, oh, Ross, A quick question. So you lost power right at the end of the show yesterday after the show was done, there was one more how much further did it go from there?

That was it? And actually they updated their Facebook like immediately they're posting in their original post because we mentioned it, like he said, five minutes before the end of the show, going into Jeff Bellinger, and they were like, you know, there were looking into it, which it took them over twenty four hours or you know, more than a day the previous time. So they posted something. Then they updated it five minutes later, which is

amazed. That's all we wanted, right, And apparently some blown fuse or something they fixed. So in a forty eight hour span, it was a switch in one location and a fuse and another. So the downside of talking about it is obviously they had power outages elsewhere. Try add other parts of the triangle. You name it. I think I have date. I think I could publish a novel of this insanity. Thank you for your emails, so appreciate that this is one or six one FM talk in the triangle and

Hews talking nine five WPTI in the triad. Uh, what do you what do you want? What? What is it that you want? All of you dash to government to fix all my problems. Officials are investigating the death of an airline ground crew member who was reportedly caught in a plane engine at San Antonio International Airport. Oh, a horrible way to set that up. They do it first person from some other dude. It's a traveler. Yeah, it's just some Yeah, here we go. Tourist Michael Braun entered San

Antonio Airport Saturday morning. But it was clear something was very wrong. It was a hazmat crew coming into the tarmac and a tarp covering something under a plane. Lord, So this doubles up on a what does American Airline Southern Regional American Eagle? All right, So they had an American Eagle plane. So I think it was Alabama, Mississippi, somewhere where one of the workers got in front of the engine, and I mean, you don't do that.

And judging from the research that I did, it seems like the first thing they tell you every day. And the last thing they tell you every day, and the thing they tell you every five minutes of training, is hey, don't stand in front of the jet engine. You know, if you pull in. If you the next time you're on a plane and you pull in, watch the ground crew out the window. I want you to watch not just the way the crew acts, but I want you to also

watch the markings. There's nothing more important than the markings that are on the ground, separating everything from where you pull in, where luggage stacks, where vehicles drive, where literally planes can traverse on the ground. Nothing more important. But all of it pales in comparison in an airline environment. Uh, let me ask you, let me do this, This will be this will be easier. Ross are you are you an airline? Are you a pilot? Well ask are you a pilot? No? Not a pilot? Um

are you in Uh? Do you work at an airport of some sort? Uh? That's a tough Let me check on the No. Not okay, all right? Uh don't work in there? Are you uh in some way, shape or form in a in any way included in the design and build of planes. Maybe that's it. Maybe you're in the aerospace industry going to check the no box. All right, should you stand in front of a jet engine? You should not. Oh wow, look at that. Ross isn't even Oh wait, hold on, wait, are you in the top

gun school? Are you? I'm actually inverted right now? Oh my goodness? What could have happened? Nothing? Right? Yeah, So I'm not unsympathetic, but I don't know that we need congressional investigations over this. Don't stand in front of the jet engine. Ross is inverted and somehow was immediately able to arrive at that decision. Of course, we got you know,

we got the summer of the Shark story coverage here. Oh, the NTSB says there will be in contact with Delta and they're in the process of gathering information to try to determine what happened. Somebody stood in front of the jet engine. Excuse me, hi, I'm Casey Avionics. And we'll just add a bunch of words there, consultant Avionics and a bunch of other words. Consultant employees stood in front of the jet engine. So I'm gonna need my

consulting fee and that's gonna be a hundred thousand. Yeah, don't do that, and and just so we're clear all of the things that you are currently thinking about as some weird elected official right now going well, we could just fix this. Here's what we'll do. No, no, no, no, no, no, f you sit down, shut up, right,

because this is the problem. People are in office and it's and they're like, ah, I gotta do something, I gotta have my name on it, and it's like they look for an opportunity, and so they would look for something. They'd be like two airline employees in the last six months have

been sucked into jet engines. We need legislation, And the answer is no, you don't, right, because what you'll do is you'll construct some sort of bill that adds, you know, a minute to every flight and you know, and you can sit there on the floor of Congress and go is a minute too long to protect those who make sure that you can travel. I'm not being I'm not even by the way, I'm not being the least

bit over the top here. That is almost verbatim with some authors somewhere would pen if some moonbat politician was like, you know, we gotta have the anti sucked into the jet engine legislation, and I have a few easy steps to make sure it doesn't happen. Right, we're gonna have What we'll do is we'll have a big muzzle, big doggy muzzle over one end of the jet engine, and then on the other end a prophylactic which the kids can watch us apply. And by doing that, it'll make sure that at no

point does anybody get sucked into the jet engine. And it will only add it will add less than a minute to your flight. They get it all in there, right, and it's just some it's one of the other one hundred and twenty four things that are on the checklist. Some poor pilot has on his kneeboard and doesn't want to do again. Oh no, it hadds

less than a minute. Meanwhile, it does nothing because ultimately then somebody has to take whatever cover is over the engines, which you know, again this is in the world of absurdity, but you have to understand how this works. And then at that point, at that point where they feel they're addressing

something to tell shockingly, somebody gets sucked into a jet engine. Why because now it's it becomes easier because they have a false sense of security, because they think they don't get sucked into the Jet Engine Act prevented the ability of them to do so. So they're you know, they're doing juggling things or taking short cuts and they work it out. Oh there you go. But yeah, don't write an article. What can we do? I think we can continue to advise people not to walk in front of the jet engine.

Make me vice president. I am full of great ideas, all right? Eight eight eight nine three four seven eight seventy four. We're just kind of treating to Tuesday like a Friday. Yeah, that's how we're rolling through it, and we will we will continue. Also, I I'm glad they got something. I'm glad they got something. They're rooting for it in New York Man. But like the pizza rebellion on Twitter yesterday, at first, I'm

like, yeah, this is all I just got sick of it. Not that they're wrong, but like one dude caught some like viral traction, and then everyone's like, yeah, let me get in on this, and they just were not even remotely as funny. So if you don't know what any of this is, we'll share it with you coming up next here on the case O Day radio program, Your Day Smarter one oh six one FM Talk

and News Talk WPTI more with Casey starts now. All right. I'm loath to bring something up because I feel like I might be on the wrong side of history here, but it stems from a discussion I have yesterday, and I feel like those of you who, even if you are not on the right side of history, which I am, I feel like maybe I'm a trendsetter enough that this is gonna be worth it. I have, I have influenced and I have influenced and pre questioned nobody about this. So the entire

the entirety, Hey, what is this? Please tell Ross. Nope, not gonna do it. Hush up, ma'am, listen to my next topic. All right. So I have influenced nobody on this, but it turned into a bit of a discussion yesterday. I'm gonna lay it out for you. Then we're gonna grab a call or two. Daniel's holding, So hang on, Daniel coming to you, Ross, Can I ask you a question and you have I just want to point out when it comes to this discussion

I have. I did not during the break nothing. I didn't tell you we were doing it right straight up, I have no idea what you're ready to talk about exactly? Okay, do you like grilled cheese sandwiches? I do? Do you like to eat that with soup? Sure? On occasion, yeah, on occasion. It's not always soup, tomato or chicken noodle or something. What's your what's the go too? Would be tomato? Yeah? Absolutely all right. So this is what I was eating the other day.

I was out to lunch though about late afternoon. Anyway, I'm sitting there eating it. They got grilled cheese and h it's a kind of a tomato soup. It was like a Hispanic spicy tomato soup. But you know, same, just it's very good. So I'm i'm, I'm sitting there with my buddy Robert, and I realize I've never eaten grilled cheese and soup in front of Robert, and so I eat it as a normal person does. And dudes looking at me like because we've known each other a few years,

and he's looking at me like I'm a pod person. As we talked about. So when you eat grilled cheese with soup, the grilled cheese goes in the soup, right, ross, right, get the soup. Get the grilled cheese to if I'm in the mood. No, no, no, no no. But it's perfectly acceptable to stick it in there, right, I mean they're all going in your mouth anyway. Yeah. But like people who you know take grilled cheese sandwich and then put it into the tomato

soup or grilled chicken noodle. Not that unusual. Right, here's the thing. I'd probably eat them separately. But I would have no issue with somebody like dunking like I wouldn't. It wouldn't blow my mind, like what are you doing? No, no, no, not dunking. No dunkings for

people who are not committed. The proper way to eat this and the way that I eat it is I tear the grilled cheese apart and then I drop it in this No, I would never do this in the soup so that it soaks up the maximum amount of the soup and then you just eat it like you would eat a crueton. So that's how normal people eat it. I was not aware of that, okay, And apparently my buddy's like, you're an insane person, but I'm not. I that's how I was.

So I was taught to eat a sandwich in the soup man, tear it, get the grilled cheese. You know, somebody's cutting at an angle. Boom boom boom little you know, chunky uh you know, giant blaster or marble sized chunks of it. Just drop it in the soup and then eat it. And yeah, no, So I've never seen that before in my life. I feel like that's like a George Costanza eating a Snickers with a with a fork moment. But I will we would eat it the way you

want. I would have no issue with it. But I've never seen somebody wait, hold on, somebody eight Snickers with a fork. Yeah, fork and a knife. It's a famous Seinfeld episode, you know how. Yeah, I didn't watch the Seinfeld so, yeah, well that's just stupid. But in my case, what it's doing is it's so keen, right because now you have that one extra end because you torn it from a chunk, It's given you the maximum amount of soakidge that you're about to eat. So

I feel like this is another deut Shrewt moment. We should have some sort of stager, like the voice guy for the station, or have we discussed this last week? You do this all the time, and you don't realize you're doing it. I'm not a Dwight shoot moment where you're like, oh, this is normal and it's completely not not normal. Or you go on for a twenty minute tangent about you know, how to do something with a cow or something that nobody's like, Okay, nobody, I'm gonna have those

old body people with maximum cow knowledge. I'm gonna have those produced. Do you know how to trapdoor cow? Here we go. No, I'm just asking if you ever tell me, tell me, tell me more about your beats. The family did raise sugarbeets at one point. It was it was a thing during the Wars where they basically you know, you know, it's

funny. Last week you were even talking about how you spoke German and why you were speaking German and how German was gonna And we were watching an episode of the Office, it was like season six whatever, and Dwight had this whole thing where he's going on, I speak German. I said that I took it in high school. It was one of my classes. So I'm sorry, but you were explaining. Listen you were you were explaining. You can go back and listen to the segment because I was dying laughing at home.

You were explaining, and you made a joke of how like, in the future everyone's going to speak German. You know, you might not even call doing this, but you did it. And then Dwight says the same thing on the episode. He said, in the future everyone's going to speak German or a hybrid of Chinese and Germans. It's exactly what you said on the show. So by tearing the chunks of the grilled cheese and dropping it into the tomato soup, which was phenomenal, you're getting maximum soakidge with the

butter grease and the cheese and everything else. Okay, I'm just I just want to point that out. But now I have people that don't even bother to dip into the what is wrong with Like I said, I would probably eat them separately, but I know everybody dips stuff, right, the fact that I have a far more efficient tear method. But if you aided separate, I wouldn't be like, oh my gosh, Ross is a psychopath. I'd just be like, oh, okay, right, this exactly would be

my reaction. I'd be Okay, yeah, he doesn't life, that's fine that I continue you know, focusing on my meal, enjoying it and listening about your beats. I didn't I do. You're making this up. I'm not making it up. I've never talked about beats. I'm not. I'm not saying you do. But I'm saying you have things that are like equally associated. Like it's the same him talking him talking about his farm is the same as you talking about the ranch. It's the exact same thing. I'm

sorry. Do you not want to know how to agriculturally survive in the pending apocalypse? Or you don't you want to be like that high five? Most? For me? Man, I'm just all right. Just you know what at light screen those calls real quick, Daniel, what's up? They? Good morning? Um. I was listening to you all a little bit on the airport worker incidents that you had there. Yeah. Yeah, they're really those guys that work out there there. I wouldn't say the most qualified guys.

They have part time getting people to do that kind of job there there. Pays not very good, right, so pays. I don't know. I look, I hear you. I'm not gonna tap dance on that crave, but I don't care what you're paying me. I don't care if I'm an intern, you tell me not stand in front of the get engine. That's one of those points I'm gonna take quite seriously, very good. So I feel like in a way that that's come to pat. I'm sorry.

What does somebody have a problem with that they learned something? Oh no, no, no no. They sent me a message and they said, I'm dying life laughing. When you compared Casey to Dwight, he goes. But just to your point, you know, last week Casey explained in detail how to how to neuter a cat. I didn't. I didn't actually get into the technical, choppy choppy of it. And then I told you this off the air, and then you went on and telling me more more information on

how to DYI new to a cat. I gave you some. I gave you some more intricate detail than the I appreciate it. I appreciate the information. Look, I would recommend for ninety nine percent of the people listening, I would recommend that if they want a new to a cat, they go and they have a they task a vet with it. Okay. The difference is when you grow up and you're in the middle of nowhere, and it's a ranching environment, and you literally have access to the various antiseptics and so

you can you can numb it, you can treat it all. I mean, it's just the reality of it. It ain't pretty though. John'm just letting you know, because the city of wake Forest apparently is Zimbabwe, you said or something. No, no, no, Zimbabwe has electricity, is just under Zimbabwe. So if it really does hit the fan, you should

you should be armed with this information, that's all. And I just pointed out that if you ever are going to boot a cat, as we'd refer to it, and this was only dealing with mail cats, you ever boot one, get somebody else to boot it for you. You don't want it to see you booting it before you, you know, because it's gonna hold a grudge. Those are those are literal words that we're given to me by

an uncle on that topic. He's just like, yeah, you know, get your sister to boot it, which involves essentially taking the cat and placing it. And look and and here's the deal. Because there's some animal rights person losing their losing their their mind over this right now, who will never understand what it's like to grow up like that. You won't and you'll never be able to process it. So me just trying to share some of this, keep the tradition alive, right, I'm the bad guy here. No,

I appreciate it, you know. I appreciate the knowledge and like other stuff, you know, like I how it else? How else would I know how to make a winner code out of beats? I wouldn't know.

Look, sugar beets are a strong winner. There's a reason though, because what happens is you take the beats and then you sell them over to the bottling plan over in Worland where they you know, they do the pepsi bottling, and then, because you were one of the sellers, once they processed the sugar out, they sell the mash and then you buy the mash and then you feed it as as a form of cake, which is in the winter for the cows because it's high protein. How do you not know this?

So anyway, I when you know what when it goes, when it when it turns into the stand, you all are gonna be beaten down my door. And uh you should have listened. Okay, all right, here we go to the phones Jim, what's up? Hey, I go along with your tomato soup thing, but I used to use peanut butter sandwiches. All right, I'm not gonna judge surf that feels better for you whatever. And I think Ross is just hayten because you just have a plethora of information

on pioneering. Yeah, about pioneering spirit, where you're trying to enhance people's lives by teaching them something. Yeah, we've lost that, No, I am literally Jeremiah Johnson, sir. So there you go. All right, thanks for calling in. Y'all gonna die in the you know, the pending emp and you should have listened. Those who listen and I can have died. It's that's simple. Michelle. Yes, hey, Casey, I've never seen that done before. You know, I don't think okay, I'm sorry.

I've never seen anybody bought their cheese grilled cheese into the tomato soup. I'm not against it. I'm not against it, but I've just never seen it, and I think it's a little I don't think it's a wait, hold on, you've never seen anyone dipper grilled cheese into tomato soups, but never tear it apart and pop it into the soup and then eat it like that. Yeah, just never know, you know? Is that what you mean as God intended? Right? Okay? Oh, I want to come

in about the beach. I was watching a YouTube video beat This is a Ross conspiracy man. Anyway, I'm sorry, go ahead of your video. No, you were talking about beats just now. But beats are a very They're a great thing to grow because they're a moneymaker. They really are one of the most profitable that I said. That's what it said on the YouTube video. I don't know. I haven't grown any so I'm not sure, but I just thought I would bring that to your audience as well. Mhm.

Okay, all right, Michelle, have you saw one? Okay, all right, talk you later. I'm sorry, Ross, did I we're saying something or let me ask you a question. Describe without looking what a beat plan even looks like. Yeah, no, idea, How are you talking to me? I'm just pointing out you had a lot of opinions on beats and sugar beets are different. I'm not giving an opinion on either. I'm just saying that it's the comparisons are there, and I think it's a

fair comparison. Hey, and Dwight's one of my favorite characters. You know that Dwight and I are remarkably different, and no you're not. And now you're on record doing a segment on beats, so we can add sugar beats. You understand that, right, those are different, wildly different things. Please tell me, dwait, you just keep digging. I just want you

to be educated. Did you know what when the MP hits right and all the powers out, which apparently it's like something that really bothers you and it turns into the you know, the Mulberry Street episode, but like times a hundred and all you got is beat seed. Well, I can tell you that one thing you're gonna be thinking, you're gonna be like, oh my gosh, yes, I should have listened to. One thing Dwight would never do is flee the country. That's one thing I'm just saying. I'm just

saying, well, do you guys have a garden? Does you do you do plants? Or does your wife do plants? Anything? No, I'm asking like, there is there a green thumb in your family? Or does nobody do plants or vegetables or anything? Just point now man, Ross is on like a beats website. Okay, all right, I'm just pointing out that, like there's a lot of good information there. I just don't want to make sure it's lost. Okay, all right, eight eight eight nine

three four seven eight seven four hang on, keeping you connected. This is nine five WPTI in the Triad and one oh six one FM Talk in the Triangle. All right, good morning, It is seven twenty one here on the Acoda Radio program. All right, coming up, pizza protest. We will get to other stories. Ross is like, Man, if we've kredibly talked about a few stories, Yeah, it's okay. Hey, Nancy Pelosi's come out in favor of term limits. By the way, get into that.

Grab a call first, Well what is this thing's problem? Ah? There it goes, all right, rock on, all right, here we go, Yeah, Troy, what's up? Hey? Good morning? How are you today? Hey? Look, we're avid listeners off you show every morning and we really enjoy the callers and when they call in and you know, and hear what they have to say. But this morning it really piqued my interest. I heard the tomato soup story and someone dropping a grilled cheese

a whole grilled cheese into a bullet tomato soup. And I'm just kind of like, what's four? So why mess up a good grilled cheese or why why mess up a good bullet tomate of soup. Now, let me give you some history. I'm a connoisseur up tomato soup, especially the type that comes in the Red and White can. I won't mention name brands, but the Red and White can. I've been having that to me to soup since i was six years old and I'm sixty years old now now i want to

let everybody know. You know someone that drops a grilled cheese holdle sandwich into a bullets to soup, It's like stop. You know what stops, sir? Because you are you? So you're a connoisseur who's just admitted to for the last fifty four years. Yes, eating Campbell's tomato soup. Absolutely, And at no point have you thought to put any portion of a grilled cheese in there. No, And I'll tell you why. So I'm gonna go ahead, go ahead, sir. Other than multiverse and Mandela effect, there's

no answer that works, but go ahead. So for the benefit of the listeners, I'll tell you my mama, she raised me off this. Okay, the only thing that should go in a bull to me, a bullet, tomato soup are salting crackers. And then if you want a tuna solid sandwich, now hear me out, not the not the tuna salad with all kinds of nacy stuff in it. But teling is called you called up to troll you. Oh no, no, no, no no. I want to help people understand the best mixed with the go ahead the best. Yeah,

yeah, nobody cares, sir. Let me ask you a question. Oh my god, Berenstein or Barren Stain bears. Oh all right, all right, we're doing looney Tunes. Is spelled t o o n s or t u n e s in the word tunes, it's t u in s. I think I'm not mistaken tu in s. All right? Is it Jiffy peanut butter or Jeff peanut butter? Oh Jeff. Does mister Monopoly have a monocle or not? No, sir, Only now I know this whole thing is a hustle, and I have to let you go ross you buying

any of that? Nah either He's from like a seriously different multiverse before the timestone was removed, or and they got too many right, you know what I'm saying. It's just a little too on the because everyone gets the monocle thing wrong, or the peanut butter or something refused to believe that. Hold on, I'm not even gonna call screen him, Boston, Paul, what do you want? Why you having tomato soup on a hundred degree day? I don't know. It's a rainy day thing. So when it's pouring rain,

I like grilled cheese and tomato soup. What of it pouring rain and the humidity in a hundred degrees? Come on, man, what's matter for you? Paul? Listen to meld On? Hold on, hold on, We're gonna bond you. Ready. You and I were able to do that because we have power and our ac words. So this is true. This is true? Okay, all right, Well, as long as you got it that sixty eight thing, I guess you guys, what are you guys dip in soup up there? In uh in bustin booze? I'm assuming Jamison

or something. No, that's coffee. You get that in coffee with the with the plane donut you put there? You put the plane donut and your and your Jamison coffee. You get that? That's good? Is this an old cop trick? Yeah? Yeah, seven am starting to shift with coffee and uh spiced spiced adult coffee and some don't. But you put in cheese into the tomato chip? Why don't you just have French onion? Abody comes with it? Well? Are you wait? Hold on? Are you literally

on team? Grilled cheese is not allowed to be dipped in tomato soup? Yes? I am that. That just doesn't That doesn't work for me. I don't know why. No, does Mickey Mouse wear suspenders or has he never warned suspenders were suspenders? Uh? See, I I know he doesn't look at you. All right, busted, Thanks thanks for all of whatever that was? Okay, look at that. We thought it was Boston.

Paul Wooden got juiced coffee and donuts for breakfast. Kind of jealous, all right, so we gotta get Speaking of Disney, Disney's announced the newest casting for their upcoming Star Wars series. Which one is this? I've a lot the acolyte dude, I lost track of all of these. I never finished the last two, and I was told one of the last ones was good. I just don't care anymore. But they're in on it, and we'll

let you know what they're up to. Close the pizza story. And how many of you go to the grocery store and get a case of the vapors? Well, how many of you write for The Atlantic? Oh wait till you hear this weird weird piece show. After the show is on the iHeart radio app. Search case O Day for the podcast on the iHeart radio app. Bye, here we go, seven thirty five case O Day Radio program.

Thank you to the logical sayne and calling very minded folks who are also on team tear the grilled cheese up and make your crew tons good for you. Those are folks living their life. I don't care what people think. It's all about the experience. Wait, hold on, Ena, and there's another one. Ina. Is that garden? Is that Ena garden? Ena? Oh, that's a that's a wait hold on, that's a chef of

some sort. Somebody sent me a link to some chef. Okay, all right, some food network chef says I'm smart, So there we go. I didn't need a chef. It just it was one of those innate things. As a young man. I'm like, you know what, make a lot of sense when you want the maximum seepage of the soup into the grilled cheese, have as much edge as possible. So that's uh, that's what happened. Maybe the Food Network people should be talking to me. Okay,

all right, let's get over to some other stories, shall we. By the way, Florida, Florida is going to have its moment as well. Okay, but I gotta start over on the the Joe Biden front. So as more and more whistleblower testimony ends up out there, we got we got testimony that let's see, prosecutor reportedly told six witnesses he was not permitted to charge Hunter Biden. Now there's a question if the Attorney General Mary Garland lied

when he denied that any of that ever happened. Let's see here, Oh where do I start? Let me give you the skinny on it, so you're up to date. So US Attorney David Weiss wanted to bring charges against Hunter Biden Hunter Biden whistleblower Gary Shapely, or said whistleblower Gary Shapeley, when he was reportedly barred from doing so, something he told six different people Shapely testified on the matter last month, telling the House Oversight Committee that, uh,

Weiss revealed. This is David Weiss revealed last month that he actually wanted to charge Biden in two federal districts, but was denied, and when Attorney General Mary Garland denied that ever happened, Shapely publicly named the witnesses he said Weiss had told. So basically, dude said this happened. He didn't get into details, and then Mary Garland testified that it never happened. So he said, well, screw that noise. Here's everyone who was told. Quote.

He surprised us by telling us on the charges. I'm not the deciding official on whether charges are filed, Shapely told the committee. He then shocked us with the earth shattering news that Biden appointed DCUs attorney Matthew Graves would not allow him to charge in his district. Yeah, I mean this stuff is so Look, I'm fine to be questioning, especially in a political environment quote unquote whistleblowers. I think we've seen enough examples where politics has been the primary

at play thing going on. And some times do you sit there and you go, well, yeah, what they said was true. And sometimes you sit there and go, I don't know, sounds like that letter that was sent to Diane Feinstein by this college professor about that time she was part of a congo rape by a Supreme Court nominee. Doesn't have anything to back it. My point is, explore this information absolutely crazy, and as a result, the way in which people are covering for Joe Biden on this stuff equally

as crazy. Anna Navarro who's on the View and is quote one of the two conservatives on there, so let that sink in. She said something so astoundingly talking points and over the top in saying that I just had to play it for you. Check this insanity out. The Hunter Biden's story, the scandal that this that it's also the story of a father's love. And Joe Biden has never and will never give up on his son's Hunter and will never treat him lesser than and so he is a father first take it or leave

it? WHOA wait? So hold on, okay, So, by the way this is structured on the premise that Joe Biden didn't do anything wrong, but in the way in which it seems like the government, in all of its justice apparatus, may have covered for Biden at the behest of his father. Um, it's not about scandal, that's not about you know, abusing one's power. That's a love story. Man, who doesn't love a love story? The Hunter Biden's story, the scandal that this that it's also the

story of a father's love. And Joe Biden has never and will never give up on his son's son Hunter and will never treat him lesser than and so he is a father first take it or leave it? Well when you look at at through that perspective, who am I to judge? Man or? I don't know? Maybe he uses his son to launder money from foreign countries. Love you forgot love story? The scandal that this that it's also the story of a father's love. I'm sorry, maybe in an accusation you never

mentioned love. And when you're an entire identity is kind of about you know, you're sort of like a mule for your father. Maybe that makes you turn to drugs but not prostitutes, right, definitely not okay? Is there's something you know you should probably tell me? Man, I want to have all the Oh, this is about a father's love again, this is this is about the covering up right, Aki. You know what the whistleblowers are

talking about is people in these upper echelons of government covering this up. And her thing is, well, it's about a father's love. Yeah, because the dad doesn't want to end up in prison or works. Yeah, but he loves his son. I mean because someone call it treason? Are you blaming him for loving his son? I am not? Okay? All right, just say it man, it's a love story. You're such a guy, man, Why can't you Why don't you just love the rock? Why

don't you just embrace the rom coms? That's what's going on. He should be a movie in the Hallmark channel, is what he should be. Oh? Absolutely, Ah seven forty three k c O D radio program. Who we punishing today? Is that Jeff? You know again? Jeff Mark? Oh, Jeff margets today. All right, Jeff's gotta push put up with us? And uh sminter steam weather? What's going on? Jeff? All right? What hold on? Sweet Ross? You want to pretend to be Jeff Barr? I don't think I could pull it off. Wait good,

just go to the window. What do you got out? I see blue sky into green trees? Nice today? Yeah, it's gonna get hotter here. Oh there we go, all right it? What's up? Jeff? Sorry? Man, we almost replaced you with Ross an awful way. Yeah yeah, yeah, you're really quiet, thank so, can you hear me? Yeah? Yeah, so okay, Sorry I had a little delay there, but yeah, hey, uh, I'm gonna talk to you guys again. It's gonna get hot here as we head into the middle portion or the

week, even hotter than this's been. Up to eighty seven degrees today under some sunshine, with the libraries out of the west, you're gonna be out

this evening. You may encounter an isolated shower thunders from otherwise clear over night down to sixty seven up to eighty eight tomorrow for the afternoon high will be another sunny day, sunny and hotter Thursday ninety two, the high into the low nineties with sunshine Friday, and then during the weekend if you scattered after him, thunderstorms, his highs once again on Saturday and Sunday hit the low nineties. All right, thanks, Jeff, appreciate it. We'll talk in

an hour. Coming up, we'll play I nailed it, By the way, would you would you what? That's perfect? This is what I said. No, you said there were green trees and blue sky. All right, maybe it was a little off. It was so close you didn't talk about, you know, fire Natos. I mean I was going to get there. Oh okay, all right, all right, fair enough, fair enough. I mean this is just so you understand. That's weather coming from a guy who doesn't understand that Joe Biden just loves his son, man,

just loves him. Do anything for him. Who are you? Who are you to judge? All right? Coming up? You know those stories that start with hey, y'all watch this well, Florida, appreciate everything you do for us. We'll have that for you. Nancy Pelosi wants term limits, and um, the crazy story down in South Carolina. All that more coming up. Case O Day Radio program, Thank You. Casey is on nine four five WPTI in the Triad and one oh six one FM Talk in the

Triangle. All right, so I just sent Rossi Sweed from the College World Series LSU game going on. LSU fans they're all uh doing their thing, obviously very excited. LSU about to win the national championship and all every all the l SHO fans in the stand they turn around, they high five each other, there's hugging, there's fist bump, and there's all sorts of stuff. And they just happened to pan over to this dude who's trying to fist

bump this woman who's sitting next to him. They're obviously don't look like they're together, and she won't she won't even high five him. She's just kind of like super attitude. The hell is going What is wrong with people? Man? All right, Ross, did you watched this thing? Yeah, she looks a little upity. Yeah, hell, maybe she's a fan of the other team. I don't know. Well her friend, her friend who's sitting next to her is wearing LSU stuff, So I don't know what the

hell's going on. Yeah, you can't tell from color. Could it could be a house divided, you know, the whole thing. Man, Like, I know, my my in laws are like, you know big LSU. Well, he's an LSU fan and she's a she's a Tennessee of All fan. So ah, but they go to each other's games. Yeah, but she but then she you know, she goes no. Then she's pointing, She's like, I'm not going to do that. I can't what the

hell is that? She probably right after that made a TikTok about how some guy looked at her at the game, like that chick in the gym, remember her? Oh yeah, the one that had the only fans. Yeah, yeah, people were looking at fans. No, but she had an only fans where people pay to look at her naked. She was upset when she was at the gym people were watching her workout, whereas the workout was her on an incline or a flat bench, moving her back and forth in

the area. Yeah, while wearing nearly no clothes. I'm saying when you post something that you're like, can you believe this pig would stare at me? And they're like, then you're like, what is right? You called him Farrell? This Farrell guy would stare at me at the gym, And then you're like, oh man, who is this? And he clicked the profile and like the first thing there is the only fans link makes you a

little doubtful. Yeah, I don't know. Maybe there's some backstory here, but I'm sitting there reading the body language on this woman and you can see where he came in for the fist bump and she just put the hand up. She's like, no, no, and look at that. Not a

good look, man, not a good look at all. All right, So is the now perceived mouthfeasance of what may or may not have been prosecutors who literally were tasked hold on. It would be the guy was being a jerk the whole time, and maybe she didn't want anything to do with him when they got to the end of the game. Maybe I would only say that her friends around her if some guy's being that much of a jerk.

Again, I don't know the totality of what happened, but nobody seems really, you know, interested if I'm if I'm with a friend and somebody's being a jerk, right, you know, you go. This happened the other day. Me and two of my friends were out doing our thing. We're just sitting there and the guy who's on the other side of us is just kind of being an a hole for lack of all better terms, and you

could tell he was kind of drunk, and he raised his voice. At one point, he wasn't talking to us, he was talking to people on the other side. But then he leaned over and talked to my friend and at that point. I was all ears, man, because I want to know what the hell is going on? But also I didn't want this guy act in the same way that he did to the other people, to my buddy and us not being there having his back. So I don't know,

But that's what the internet's for. Man, You just speculate on all this stuff. It's amazing, all right, So we got that also, Joe Biden. Yeah, just a father's love. Just a father's love. And I've seen multiple variations of this, so I guess this is going to be the talking point we go with so Fi on that. Yeah, Bill, what's up throwing a quick comment about a father's love? That there there's herne at the lack of love between Hunter and his kids. I don't think he's

gonna win any of the Year awards. Oh you're referring to these strippers, the strippers kid that they just got done to Judy Katie or yes, well maybe Joe's trying to set an example that Hunter will follow them. Okay, So then the Hallmark Movie Part two would be Father's Redemption. Oh, I mean, sir redemption. And you know, all of that is an integral part of the storytelling process. Even if you go to the Hallmark movies.

Even if you go the Hallmark movies, it's about somebody being wrong, figuring out the way they should do it, and then eventually everything's fine. I mean, that's that's ninety percent of movies. So yes or yes or it is okay? All right? Like that? How that guy not know how movies work? You got to have that redemption. Like, there's a couple different iterations. There's the redemption and then there's the growth. Right, those

are the two hallmarks of movies. It's actually what bothers people so immensely about these the current trend in superhero movies, right or you know sci fi or whatever it is where Hollywood's well, we need a strong female lead. Okay, all right, fine, go ahead. We've seen lots of examples, except in today's iteration. At no point will they have to face adversity and almost not accomplish their goal, and only through the sheer will power eventually get

there, which is how it used to be. Alien would be a good example. Terminator be a good example of strong female leads. Now it's just not they're just perfect. Yeah, they called the hero's journey doesn't exist anymore. Nope, especially not in that rung. It is show up. They're on VAC and then all of a sudden, then forty five seconds they beat everything. The Avengers. Good So can you Captain Marvel. We'll be back all right. Good morning everybody. It is eight o seven here on the

k CEO Day radio program. And as the news cycle begin to grow a yesterday following more information from the Special Counsel and UH specifically whistleblowers who said there are six different iterations of prosecutors within the DOJ saying that they were not allowed to bring charges. Interesting, it is yesterday afternoon that CNN announces that they have they have some special leaked audio which is would appear to be straight from

Special Counsel. And you have to understand this is at the very same time where Trump is literally not allowed to post or comment on evidence in his trial, CNN gets a hold of some audio and the audio purportedly is him referring to see a documents basically documents he says he's in possession of, but does not refer to them as declassified. Quote, as president, I could have declassified it. Now I can't, you know, but this is still a secret. Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep. So isn't that

interesting that everything's wanted to be kept so secret? Trump can't do any of this, And somehow audio that is purported to be the audio that prosecutors have ends up in CNN's lap on the same day when all of this insanity insanity about the Bidens is coming out to the point where literally the shills over on the view have to come up with, well, this the hunter Biden's story, the scandal that this that it's also the story of a father's love.

And Joe Biden has never and we'll never give up on his son's hunter, and we'll never treat him less than and so he is a father first take it or leave it? Yeah, well yeah, all right, so that's fine. And then all of a sudden CNN's got this stuff, and that of course that allows all the network coverage last night to migrate over in that direction. So rather interesting. Now, I will say this, in the analysis of what CNN purports to have, Trump's lawyers got their work cut out

for him. Man got their work cut out for him. But again, this is this has been the tale of it, right, everyone around Trump, for whatever reason, man, Just like the thing that baffled me throughout his presidency is where something would leak from a discussion in the Oval office with five people and they could never get to the bottom of who leaked it. Blew me away, blew me away. But this is where we be man. So yes, two things can be accurate at the same time. One

if the audio if true. And again it comes down to believing CNN and they're anonymous, I mean in a way whistleblowers, right, I mean that's not really whistleblowing, but allowing one to simultaneously ignore the actual whistleblowers, going, hey, the Attorney General might have just lied in a huge way, and the apparatus of government have been mobilized to protect one's family member, which you know used to could have been a big, big time scandal, man,

especially if they're protecting them because it they don't want it elevated to the point where you know, the big guy finds his way into the equation. But CNN got anonymous stuff, which totally is not the Justice Department going, hey, we need to get something into the news cycle, not at all. Also, sometimes you gotta believe your buddies, man, So here's a couple of dudes down in Florida. I'm not gonna give this guy a Florida man, because I gotta be honest, I could see myself doing this.

So, um, these guys are fishing. They're fishing in the Everglades. They're in some brackish water. I think they just took the nice snook. So that's good. But one of the things you gotta know is when you're in that brackish water, especially down in Florida, Man, you got more gators to deal with. You got crocs depending on where you are in Florida. Uh, you also got sharks. Man. You got a lot of

sharks up in there. They eat well. So this guy, he drops the snook, he's getting ready to reach his hands in the water, and let's see how quickly this goes bad. Two second, will do anything more?

That's a dude. For those of you who fish, that's a dude who did the thing you and I have done a thousand times where we you know, we just we take a fish off the hook, or we you know, we get some bait on there and it's got a little odor to it whatever, and you do that thing where just for a moment you dip your hands down in the water and then do the you know the He did that and a lemon shark literally drug him into the water. By the way,

Ross, I was thinking we'd go fishing this weekend. You good, or do some fishing or you know, it looks like the weather is going to clear well Wednesday, Thursday. No, I don't fish ever since. What happened to my me and my grandpa when I was a kid. But what happened, that's the only time I've gone fishing. Never tell you the story or no. So I was a little kid, dude, I was

like five, It's like in kindergarten. And my grandpa was a World War Two Navy guy, big fisherman, love fishing boat with yeah, like he loved fishing. That was his thing. So we were at camp and he was so excited to take me down the lake and go fishing. And I was so excited to go with my grandpa and he showed me everything works. Remember I'm five, okay, and this is stuck with me my entire life. So I am standing in front of my grandfather. He is behind me,

and I go to cast right and I go back. We have this conversation. Yes, I go back and I put it for it and it won't go forward. And I put it for and it stuck us something. I'm like what, I just keep going back and forth back and the neck was stuck in the in the skin of my grandpa's neck. Yeah, and it ripped it open and it like bled like a spicket. Yeah. Oh yeah. And I look at it. I was like, oh my god,

I kill I'm killing my grandfather. And and he was just like the the blood's coming out and he just took it out and he just baiting the thing. We ended up catching a fish. I don't remember that. All I remember is the look of horror on his face as the as the as he's like, I survived him, right, I survived Guana canal. You know he's just taking out by a five year old. Yeah. Never yet

had this conversation because I hooked my dad. I think that's why he left about six years later, Like you stewed on and he's like I'm out. Yeah, but I didn't do that because it was almost immediate. You on the other hand, man, you're just like, I'm creating a scar. I didn't mean to. I was like a shock and then I started like, you know, but I couldn't stop going back and forth with the stew but fish and pole. I was awful. Never again. Well you can't

not fish, can't again, dude. It's fun. Odd's a great time. And you could be bait boy. You can give him an a fish or you can teach him how to fish. Yes, and then you get a permit and then you need to pay the taxes and I'll just go to the store. You just but but there there isn't there something a little fulfilling about actually going out And no, I could definitely see how it would be relaxing and how people would enjoy it. Yeah, no, no, no,

there's there's that. But there's something about you going out and you know, old school settler style providing for your family, you know, right, You're like, I caught this with my with my hands. It would be nice if I had the energy. I killed this with my hands, and now my family eats. I mean, isn't there's something just nostalgia? I think it worked hard enough for my family, and watch over my special needs child. I don't have the energy, and then I have to deal with

Dwight Shrew every day is that working on. Oh, by the way, I'm working on my Casey sugar Beet Farm T shirt, which will be available to Hayese for Sheriff merch Storm. So excited. Okay, we raise sugar beets around the world Wars because they bottled. I'm just so looking forward. Corey told me the idea for the for the shirt, and it's a great idea. And we did that so that the troops could eat, so we could defeat Hitler. So you want to mock my family sacrifice of literally having

a I think it's gonna be a great, great seller. We don't raise sugar beats now, so that's not a thing. So some would say you're selling a product that's a lie. I mean, so there's that. Why don't you do a picture of you trying to Definitely your dann father are getting his neck ripped off. He definitely wouldn't want to sell a product that was a lie. Yeah, I don't unders. I don't know. Why are you agreeing with me? I feel like you're not actually doing it. You're

doing it for a reason. The whole thing, sketch Man, the whole thing, not two seconds will do it. Here's ross right here on the boat. You know why, because sharks know when you're being disingenuous in your marketing efforts. They're very attuned to that. And they're not even the most dangerous because apparently dolphins are back in the mix. Oh don't believe me, wait for it coming up case O Day Radio program. This is one oh six one FM Talk in the Triangle and here's Talk w PTI and the Tryad.

Sorry I just got called out old up. It is so ridiculous. I've sending you the story old up. It'll be a subject lines zoomers. All right, here we go. This from a Northwestern Mutual did a study, the insurance company Northwestern Mutual, and they found so they went generally generationally for the generations X millennials zoomers, and they found something very interesting when you get down to the zoomer class, how they see their life play. Now,

yes, that's right. According to the according to the study, the majority of zoomers estimate that they will retire prior to the age of sixty. What what good for them? Man? Right? I mean you just you know, you do the math, you plan, you save the same amount of money every month, and then boom, before you know, it. You're in your fifties, you're retired already, you're traveling the world, you're creating a artisanal you know, beer thing as your second Well, why would

you laugh at their aspirations? The majority of meals they're gonna be lucky if they can even retire our our generation will be lucky if we get social security, right, like, let alone the generations behind us as stupid Ponzi scheme. Yeah, but they're so confident, rightcause they got it all figured out, man, right, because they're all gonna be millionaires, right, Yeah, Well they look at it right now, right, They just you know,

they realize what they're making. They know that once they, you know, get into that full time career, all you gotta do is ask for promotion and a raise every month. It's also the generation that right complain that they can't find a job, or or find an apartment or find right the things you have when you're an adult. Yeah, but they're gonna retire at the age of sixty or or before. Yeah. M half of them say they'll retire before that sixties, just the average. So, I mean,

what could go wrong? As you're you know, you're in your mid twenties. There you're you know, you're maybe you're into your first career. You're making you're making money. Remember when you finally realize you're making a little money. Yeah, that was great. Yeah. So they're right there, they're doing the math that on the money they're making, and they just know they can get them. Sometime, I'm saying, sometimes life just gets in the way, you know it can it could be a real sob hmm, these

things happen. I think you mean, like some traffic on the way to work, or there may be some obstacles. Yeah, on your road to success, there might be oh wow, okay the negative nancy here. By the way, also, about half of them expect to live to be a hundred Really the story look at the story. It's the third paragraph. It's like every It's like when you talk to a kid, right and they're like five, and you're like, what are you gonna be when you grow up?

But you're like, I'm gonna be your millionaire and would be rich and have a limousine and a jet, and I'm gonna live to be one hundred and twenty. Wow, they're still like a five year old. Good for you. By the way, They also, on average, expect they'll need just one point two million to fund a forty year retirement. I mean, let's do the math here. Because you retire at sixty and he lived to be a hundred, that's forty years, which ironically, ironically is the lowest

net egg estimate among all generations in the survey. So keep it. They're saying one point two million. They're the furthest from retirement, So understand that by the time they hit sixty thirty, some forty years down the road, one point two million ain't gonna be that much as the current rate, especially

if inflation continues. Well that's what I mean. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, one point two million, that'll be like that'll be on par with what you know, where people are making right now that are you know, middle better middle class probably I don't even know, maybe worse than that. Ah, So you're gonna don't get me wrong. I'm glad that people are motivated by that thought. That's good and there are things you can do. There are stories. I was busting chops about hanging out with my buddy

the other day. He's in his fifties, he's retired. He was a hard driver man, when he turned fifty, he was able to pull the trigger hard driver. I do know for a fact that I don't know fully what it is. He banked on a lot more than one point two mill though, and he and his zoomer that's a that's a gen xer man. And he still worries about stuff. He just decided he was done. So

all right, Look, you gotta have dreams. I'm happy. By the way, Ross, do you want to know what the stats are for our generation or people in this that are between the ages of fourteen forty nine. I think they're gonna I would hope they're a little different. Only sixteen percent of people between forty and forty nine. I think they'll retire by stage. I told you my retirement plan is dying before the age of sixty. Oh,

that's my retirement plan. And then I got a board, and then I got to erase all your search stuff, right please, yeah, okay, all right, we'll be back Smart talk all day, WUPTI in the triad and one oh six one FM Talk in the Triangle. ROSSI, he's troum the UK. Did you not see that part that explains the dude? So Ross just telling me about a story sends it over to me. Look at this a UK man on vacation with his family in Well, the story

says Jamatia, but I'm gonna assume they mean Jamaica. Oh it's the the Cameroon. I've literally been to this resort. Holy cow. Wow. Okay, all right, Uh, this I wasn't aware of. So I was saying, the resort is literally next to it, and then we went over to it because yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I won't That was the one I've been to Jamaica twice. That was enough right there. Man. If you like Jamaica, god bless you, but wasn't for me.

All right. So anyway, so dudes on vacation in Jamaica. He's at the Royal to Cameron Club of the Caribbean and apparently they have a cocktail challenge there right See, has anybody ever done try to do a food or a drink challenge? Usually get a T shirt out of it or maybe a gift certificate. There's a guy who's got a YouTube channel does this Beard was it Beard Meats food or something? He goes and finds the biggest versions of this. However, so he's at this so he's at this resort, and they

have a twenty one cocktail challenge. You drink all twenty one during your stay, you get their stickers, and I'm trying to figure out what you win. Well, in this case, you didn't want what he won, but because it killed him. But let's see you here, how do you not

put what the prizes in the story? Well, anyway, Yeah, he was trying to jam the challenge in, apparently, and it says he drank He drank twelve of the menu'sed various cocktails in one day before eventually returning to his room, where authorities say he succumbed to acute gastro and to write us due to the alcohol concent This doesn't make any sense to me. How do

I How do I put this? I'll put it my way. Listen, I'm a recovering alcoholic, Okay, all right, there's days where I'm going, Yeah, there's days where I would drink god like Churchill level like like alcohol. Right, So it's like, twelve drinks doesn't sound like a lot because of my history. No, no, no, And you know you're dude at at at a all you could Here's the thing. If you go on to an all inclusive resort where drinks are included, Those aren't twelve drinks?

Do you get what I'm driving out? Yeah? No, because they water him down. They water him down absolutely, because it's it's all inclusive, and you, as the customer, you're just like, ah, just get another one, right, that's your remedy for it. So for him

over the course of a day to drink. I'm not encouraging you to do this, but I'm I'm here to tell you right now that twelve drinks, said an all inclusive resort or on a cruise ship right over over like like like you know, over twenty four hour period or like you know, throughout the day, right, Yeah, not twenty wouldn't be twenty four but maybe woke up at ten am and we're talking. But o'clock he goes home. I mean, you know, fifteen hours, you're that's less than a drinking

hour. Yeah, it's not like he's sitting there like it's what do you call it, like the Indiana Jones where they're doing the shot contest, going back and forth like it's twelve in a row, you know, And even that wouldn't be bad. Well, I mean it would be but I'm saying with my past, what was it? There was something here this year? What was it? I you know, I'm I'm finally old enough and smart enough not to drink to stupidity right where I'm like slurring and and I just

know that the next day I'm gonna want to die. I'm smart enough just to stop there. But there was something I went out for a few months ago, and I remember thinking to myself, that's the most I had drank in a very long time. And I'm not going to get into Braggadocia's numbers on it, but it was one of those whole days where we had It was a party thing. So we did golf and then we did big dinner, and then we did you know, we went to a couple of clubs

after that. And I'm not gonna lie. I easily, over the course of that day consumed twelve drinks. Most of it was probably beer though from golf. But still by the time you get to how watered down one of those all inclusive drinks is. I don't know, man, as it doesn't say you got to drink the damn thing in a day. Let's see here at some point, Okay, all right, so check this out, all right. So the way that it works is this, So the twenty one

cocktail challenge is part of the festivities associated with the birthday weekend. So he's got two days he's got so if he's there for a birthday, he's got the day is Earth Day and the day before in the day or the day whatever in this forty eight hour window. And he had been slacking and he was trying to get in the rest before midnight, which would have been the cutoff. This is why you got a train man. Yeah, I don't

know. It sounds like there's some other health stuff going on. I'm not encouraging it to go slam twelve cocktails, but I am pointing out that if you get them at an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean is kind of like drinking six to eight because of how thin they put that in there. And anyone has ever been on a cruise or to one of all these inclusive all inclusives, you know? You know what's up? All right? Eight eight eight nine three four seven eight seven four the phone number you want to be

on the show? Let me grab a call here, Donna. What's up? Good morning, Casey A couple of things. Yeah, first, you've heard of beats by Joy, right, so now you can have beats by Casey, just a different spelling. Can I also make them horrible and overprice? Sure of? Why not? Well? The other thing I wanted to say is Anna Naviro is high on donuts. Can you imagine what she'd be

saying if it was Donnie, Johnny Junior or Ivanka. She certainly wouldn't be coming to tears or unless there were tears of joy and saying, oh, it's all about a father's love. There's no way. She is such a hypocrite the way that they talk about Donald Trump, and you have to it's not just Donald Trump. But remember any Republican who has kids, the normal thought process is they see them once a month for the viewing. They have

them as props. Remember the New York Time just did that piece on De Santis where they were horrified because he had his kids, like gosh, trying to show people he's younger. Yeah, okay, all right, so yeah, alright, alright, such hypocrites. You won twenty one all inclusive resort Jamaican cocktails in forty eight hours. Oh I could do it easy. I listen I'm on the I'm on the level of raw. Okay, I can put away some alcohol that no, not Donna knows some stuff, thanks Donna,

my whistle blower. Donna what sorry, man, No, I'm trying to have some other whistle blow. I could put them away and that does not seem like a big like a lot of drinks. Here's ross reaching for the twenty first drink right here? Yea, there is right there. One had a shark at tech. That's actually how they get you at the resort.

Is that what happened? Yeah, on the twenty first, they're like here, it's served in there in the in our little, our little pool here, So you gotta come into the pool that looks like an ocean with sharks in it. Yeah. Well, you know what, we've never given away a T shirt. Don't ask questions. Eight forty five Jeff Marr Weather Channel. What's going on, sir? How you doing doing great? Doing

So you remember that story we did where John Clice people were like, God, if you're going to be doing a stage show of Life of Brian, you have to cut the you gotta cut the Loretta scene, which gets into some transgender issues way ahead of its time.

And John Clice is like, nah, not gonna cut it. Well. Ironically, as they get ready to release the show on stage, they're in London, it's now, it's now. They've now figured out that muh Life of there will be some cuts. Specifically, Clie is announced he plans to cut the song always look on the Bright Side of Life. All right, So it's been a while since you've seen Life of Brian. That's the song that plays when Brian is crucified, and then he and his disciples break into

song in fact, so you know what it sounds like. Here we go blind oblime? Oh, why'll call s oblime for laves? The final one? You must always Pice to cut with a bag, all right, we'll see you get the gist. So why is he cutting it? Well? According to Clice, it's because every quote everyone knows what happens, right, there's nobody's going to be shocked now. While it was shocking in nineteen seventy nine, it was astonishing, people thought it was hilarious. Well, nobody's

going to be shocked now. The joke is forty years old, So I guess he's writing some sort of new ending on that portion. Eric Idol, who of course is a Python co star, he's upset, but Clice also points out Idol wrote the song, so it might be a royalties issue. I didn't realize they had beef to that extent with Clisson Idol, but apparently they do, so, so yeah, a little update there, all right, So check this out. So this guy is a pilot for Ryot or

excuse me. This guy was a pilot for Ryanair who decided that he wanted to do something a little crazy. He was going to build his own hot air balloon. And he figured out, hey, I'm a pilot. Shouldn't be a problem, right, you know, stuff up in the air. What's the big deal? Started to build a hot air balloon, that's right. So he put together a TikTok channel documenting him over the course of fifteen days constructing this balloon. Start, I get to choose which colors I want

to make it. I chose lots of blues and a little orange. It was very pretty nice pastel of color. Then I cut out all the panels, over two hundred seventy in total, documenting it all on his TikTok. I fold them up and begin to sew. This sewing machine in his own shop did all the work sixteen goals. I begin by putting each goal together individual. So far, I have spent five days working on it, and I have stitched together eleven goals. I also made a big bat to keep

it. I still have a lot of work to do with this follow from more updates. Well they did, and people watched, and his following grew, and after the fifteenth day, after he constructed the balloon, he posted He went to post the launch, and the balloon took to the air and when it hit nine hundred feet it burst into flames like the Hindenburg. Because he didn't use nonflammable fabric. There's no one watching this process that pointed out, hey, that needs to be non flammable. Yes, there were,

and he's like, shut up, I'm a pilot. It's not a good look in the comments, but he got to nine hundred feet, so there's that. And yes, yes, he died.
