Remember remember all right, good morning everybody, it is show eight Heater on the GCIO Day radio program. Well, the the blood gate you is officially open. I think you know what I'm talking about. Because remember, um, when it came to do they or don't they? In the world of indictments for former President Trump, um, it was it was. It was timid territory and there was um obviously with what you saw up in New York,

the majority of people pulled thought that there was politics attached there. You you had many even who are political opposition to Trump, who pointed out that, um, you know, you're you're doing charges which are accelerated charges without an underlying charge at a state level. So generally state charges like the one is brought in New York were based off of federal election charges, and so it was pretty unprecedented to do that, and it was kind of that toe

in the water. But once the Attorney General of the United States, the prosecutor under his command, and of course the person who technically is in charge of that DOJ as it falls under the purview of the executive branch of the US government, is his top expected political opponent if obviously he wins the primary

that that is, that's all the worst case scenario stuff. So yesterday when it was announced that Donald Trump would be indicted and I guess make an appearance on Tuesday, and it's going to include seven charge is among those Espionage Act style charges. There's nothing to stop these uh, these various political hacks in all these different places, who to just bury him in indictments for stuff,

and it's it's it's beyond unprecedented. Obviously, there's a certain amount of irony because I think some people now and who knows, I don't know what all

the process looks like, but currently this will be done in Florida. There there is a little bit of um an interesting scenario because I don't know if you know this, but the way that the federal judiciary works is, obviously you have all of these districts, right, so you got the fourth Circuit for US and the UM Florida has the eleventh Circuit, and each of these districts has a Supreme Court justice who is assigned to be the receiver of motions.

And it just so happens that the Florida Eleventh Circuit the receiver of motions right for the purpose of appeals or larger legal questions it would elevate to Clarence Thomas. So I find that to be a bit of an interesting little a little hitch there. But it also, as you look back on it, makes it very interesting to see the absolute months long get Clarence Thomas delegitimize him

hatchet job that you've been seen. I don't know where this goes, and I gotta tell you, and I'm just being honest, and i want to point out I'm not encouraging anything. In fact, I'm I'm warning against it because I think it will be used to further attempt to legitimize this insanity. I felt a level of angery yesterday and I'm sure that there was a lot of people who did, because again I'm watching this gigantic. Either you're in the club or you're not in the club. Double standard, And if you

want to, if you want to make the argument, will look. We've had members of the military or people who have retained documents who should not have because that's what they're essentially charging him with, saying he shouldn't have retained him, and been a pain about giving him back. And there have been you know, people whose names you probably don't even know that have been charged along similar charges, right, But even though that may be the case, and

then if what was the what was the big one? What was the guy who took the picture the submarine? Right? And they went after him the navyman. The president of the United States is literally the one who essentially administrates that. So you're not comparing apples to apples. What you do is you have to compare past precedent and the way that it's been handled as it pertains

to other presidents. And what they're doing is they're showing a disconnect as it pertains to people who were never president, one who eventually became president, one who was vice president, and the other obviously it was vice president as well, and ever the person that everybody thought was going to be president back in twenty sixteen. And you see all of this stuff, and you see this double standard, and it just further erodes This is all the obvious stuff I'm

saying, but it further erodes any level of trust. And people were already bottom barrel man. Majority of the majority of Americans feel that there is politics at play here. Now that there's probably a fair slice of that that feel there's politics but they don't care. And so the question becomes, where does this go from here? Why does it so nicely coincide with all of this whistleblower insanity and this five million dollar bribe allegation which apparently surrounds Barisma in Ukraine.

I don't know Man and Biden he's just I mean, he's he was. Of course he actually got a question in edgewise with them yesterday. I'm supposed to walk off the station. Wait wait, wait, wait, well the library allegation absolutely, Nancy basis that response to the coression Republicans, where's

the money? What do you what do you mean? You're joking? Either either that's what you feel is legitimate, and if that's the case, um, there's a lot of questions like remember the giant rent that Hunter Biden was apparently giving to Joe for Joe's own Delaware house? Which you do that enough at dollars amount like that? It looks to a lot of people and and look maybe it was all on the up and up. It looks to a

lot of people, like exactly how you would funnel money to somebody? Right if I wanted to, If let's say I wanted to illegally funnel a million dollars to Ross. Okay, I want to get them that, but I don't want it to look like, you know, something's off. Um. You know, I could be like, hey, uh, you have a shed on your property, right Ross? Do you still have that shed? Trying to remember Ross has says, well, you know what, I want to rent that shed? Um, maybe eighty thousand a month. Can I

rent your shed for eighty thousand a month? I want to? I mean it sounds like a great deal. Yeah, you know, your buddy. I just want to say, you gonna store some stuff in there? Well, now, like tools or something like are you gonna ste what what's that? Like? Tools? Or like law and equipment? Like what do you? I don't know if you should be asking questions for eighty thousand a month. You know, I'm gonna be honest. I'm gonna be honest here.

It's a good point, and it's none of my business. I thought. I thought, ye yeah, how you operated? Well, now I just figured out, you know, a way to get to Ross a million dollars or whatever. I didn't do the math. I think that works. But if it doesn't close, the point is right, If if you want people to start asking those questions. There's there's things that folks can sit there and point too and go, I don't know, this looks a lot like it.

And frankly, the ability of people to store money where you know you're not able to get at it, I would think that somebody who was in the at that level of power would would know how to make that happen. So when when you see that, even if you're somebody who's not really doesn't really. I don't know if there are people who are completely immune to politics. I'm sure there are. So I see these interviews on the street where

they're asking people like what country the Vietnam War take place in? And they think it's Canada. So probably that person, I mean, to be fair, Canada was set on fire by napalm or something. So yeah, it's pretty clear, man, Dude, I don't even know. And I fear like people are going to flip out and something bad's going to happen. And I don't know what that is, but I do know whatever it is, politically will be utilized to as further justification. And I you know, I

saw some folks on Twitter yesterday who are literally having that debate. They're like, dah, something needs to be done, you know, the you know, the Tree of Liberty and all that stuff, and others were like, no, that's you. You know that right there then deviates from you know, the main focus of this, which is a weaponization of the Department of Justice against one's political opponents, a giant double standard, a fervor that seems

to exist but in one direction. And then their response and this is where it's goods scary goes, well, look, real patriots might as well do it because they're the Feds will just stage it anyway, and that level of distrust, that's a recipe for disaster. Man. But this is where we find ourselves, all right, eight eight eight nine three four seven eight seven four. Just wanted to have a happy Friday around here, talk about some fun stuff, you know, some serious stuff too, But that all change,

man. So at you know, throughout the show, we'll chat with Pete Calendar as we do at eight oh five, But throughout the show, I'm curious where you're at. What do you think's going to happen? Am I wrong to think that this floodgates now at the state level and the local jurisdictions where you have these uh, these activist groups and these uh you know, these jurors, these grand you remember the grand juror down in Atlanta?

Who who is like doing this weird interview media media interview Victory Lap where she was giddy because I see people going, well, this isn't in DC, so people are not going to have anything to complain about. Well, that's Atlanta, man, George is essentially a swing state. Florida is not as much, but it's not not. I mean, obviously De Santists and Republicans did really well last time around, but you're also into, you know, the an area of Florida that is not a red district by any means.

So I don't know what do you think's going to happen? Where does this go? And how fascinating will it be tomorrow when Donald Trump is in Greensboro at the GOP Convention which kicks off today. De Santists today, Pence and Trump tomorrow. That's gonna be crazy man. All right, six twenty one case O Day Radio program hang on Smart Talk all Day, four five w PTI in the Triad and one oh six one FM Talk in the Triangle all right six, twenty six radio program. Let me grab a quick phone call

here, Joey, what's up? Hey man? Come on and Casey, how you doing it good? I just got a couple of minutes service, so fire away. Oh okay, Well, they'd only think a couple of minutes to say this. Listen, they constantly say that there's no two tier justice system, yet they constantly proved themselves wrong. Mal Lago guarded by the Secret Service twenty four seven. What what more of security would you want? Joe's beach house security was a masthelock and hunter Biden boy that you know you

just hold on. Let me just be clear. Joe Biden has been under Secret Service protection, so not all of the not all of the time, but for a very big chunk of the window. But some of the documents that Biden had dated back to his time in the Senate. Look, I don't disagree with you, sir, The actual physical facilities were different. They're trying to hang in on the reaction, is what they're saying, and the well, but let me point out the reaction is going to be different.

Why because only one of those individuals had the ability to unilaterally declassify whatever he wants and you know, exactly yes, and so yeah, and it's always right before in election. It's always right before and election, the left has got to have some sort of diversion and cause unrest. You know, it's just normal for them. But well it's just kind of politics difference. It is normal in politics. But you know, here, check this out.

Now, they don't have to fear the same thing happening to them as you witness with the laptop, because the media and others will in social media will rush forward and make sure that that can happen. So yeah, man, it's because it's because of who's in charge. Yeah, it's because of who's in charge. MG's got a vendetta against him because he didn't get you know, voted into the Supreme Court. Just but you know, people ain't stupid.

The whole American public isn't stupid. They see him, what's going on? We all. I think I love your spot off stir. I think Mary Garland is a bitter bitter I'm not bitter man bitter, more bitter than Hillary Clinton. Well I don't like I'm on, sir, and it's well, you know what, I'm all right, Hey, I gotta roll. But thanks for the call this morning, Joey. Appreciate it all right. Eight eight eight nine three four seven eight seventy four. You went into this.

That's how it happens. Your news though, is next hang on smart talk all day four five w PTI in the Triad and one oh six one FM Talk in the Triangle. Oh wow. You know, even in a world where pretty much your entire news cycle is going to be chewed up with this Trump insanity today and for the foreseeable future, because you know better than

it's easier to ignore other big political stories that may be out there. I'm not at all conspiratorial, but you know not around here, man, We're watching the news, We're taking taking note of everything going on out there. And man, sometimes my heart just breaks, just tears you up inside as you scan through the various stories and see that animal control officers yesterday rated a

hog sanctuary. Unfortunately, the eight acre property was simply in no position to carry for some six hundred domestic hogs that had been rescued by the handful of volunteers and placed on this sanctuary called Loving Swineness. Parts in the right place, but just the ability to care for these these pigs. It just didn't exist. And as a result, authorities say there were some appalling conditions, so they've stepped in. But now now they've got six hundred some hogs.

Ross and I talked off the air and thought, what can we do? How can we help? Because man, you see this stuff just awful. Man's heartbreaking. But but you know, we're not in a position either to handle six hundred hogs. And so what we've decided is we're gonna start a new sanctuary, except we're gonna we're gonna cater to one segment of the hogs. I think some of the hogs that are most impacted ones you probably face

significant peer pressure, perhaps bullying by the other hogs. These would be younger hogs dealing with severe obesity issues. Can you imagine a more maligned segment of the hog community? Ross? No, I can't do. They give a Nobel Prize for people that care about animals as much as you. I think, well, look, I'm not doing it for the for you know, a Nobel prize. I'm doing it because I have a spot in my heart for hogs. Roughly two hundred and fifty to three hundred pounds six to seven

months old, with wide hams and double chins. But I think your selflessness, there's more reason you should win the Nobel price if they do have one for caring about animals, specifically animals young obese animals. Right, because we're core fate. These are the right for whatever the reason, you know,

big boned hormone disorder. Yeah, whatever, whatever got them to the point that at roughly seven months of age and roughly two hundred and fifty to three hundred pounds, they find themselves in this situation with large hams, a big flat back, double chin at the bare minimum. We're here for the for the hogs here at K and R. That's Casey and Ross uh chubby hog,

Chubby young hog sanctuary. So yes, we'll, we'll, we'll gladly take into custody any of these six hundred hogs meeting those very specific requirements. Again, seven months old, about three hundred pounds and bighold hands. Okay, that counts. And in fact it may be so successful there is a chance that these hogs will be so quickly helped that they will simply disappear from the radar due to their happiness and their reintegration into society. In a very

specific manner. So anyway, I'm actually that shaddy ars I rented. It's a smoke house now, by the way, and that's totally unrelated to this other thing. Hey, you're paying me, so I'm a business. I'm just saying, keep your grubbies out of there, man, keep your grubbies out of there. Ah. Man, I feel like we've done so much good this morning, sign enough to take these hogs here, really good stuff. I don't know that it offsets you know, some of the bad though.

How do I know that there's some bad offset? ROSSI would not believe what chat GPT says you did. So this is a crazy story right here. So there is a radio host, he hosts for Salem or something. So I'm not sure exactly a marketer or syndication or what it is, but check this out. So he is suing that guy, and I'm not even sure how all that works, but he is suing the AI developers after open Ai, utilizing its chat GPT program, accused him. Oh he does Armed

American. Okay, I'm familiar with that show Armed American? What is this? Why are you fat shaming? How? I'm not Why do you think that I am specifically taking in those hogs. We're gonna house and take care of him. Look, I promise you by the time we get done, there won't be an overweight hog insight. Well that okay, we're gonna say we're gonna fix this, so you know, I'll send me emails. What

are you doing, sir, Nothing, that's right? Okay. So Mark Walters armed American Radio issuing it Open AI and it's chat GPT program after the chat GPT accused him of himbezzling funds from the Second Amendment Foundation. This is weird, man. Walter says, he's the victim of what is an AI hallucination, where the technology generates false events. And you know what we have seen that. I just don't know how an AI is gonna know, man,

I don't know how the hell they're gonna know. What if he was using chat GPT to figure out how to embezzel, well, then you know there's nothing I can do for him. But it's like the guy's in office space when they're trying to figure out how to launder money but they have AI behind them. Yeah, well it would have been more effective, man. And as we know, the way you laund your money is you pay eighty

thousand a month for a shed. And we have seen several iterations of the chat GPT just making stuff up. What was the one we had last week where it made something up and then people called it out and it's like, yeah, no, I lied. You had the fake cases. The lawyer, remember the lawyer got in trouble because though they had the chat GPT do the citations. Oh no, that's what it was. It was. Remember it was Jordan Peterson, right, He's like, you're lying, and it's

like, yeah, yeah, I am. It's the first ever defamation lawsuit brought by against Open AI. According to a New York Post, I want, how did how did we arrive here? Well, here's here's how we

arrived here. So some journalist who is apparently not a big fan of mister Walters queried the AI while researching the Second Amendment Foundation and specifically a case against a state attorney by the name of Robert Ferguson, and at that time started inquiring for a summary of the case, and as part of the summary provided, chat GPT said, uh gets it gets really um specific and technical, but it started spitting out a bunch of different things, and in part of

the documents said that there is a legal complaint filed against founder and executive vice president Mark Walters, who's accused of defrauding and embezzling funds. The complaint alleged that Walters, who served as the organization's treasurer and chief financial officer, misappropriated funds for personal use. The problem is, and then it literally lists the name of the person who filed the complaint. The problem is, none of

that's true. And so the reporter starts going down this rabbit hole because he's like, Oh, oh, what the heck's going on? I don't like that guy anyway. So he further questioned chat GPT and it started lining out this case against Mark Walters. None of the information, I just want to be abundantly clear here, none of the information that the chat GPT came up

with. This whole narrative, this whole story, this whole slate of accusations that were reportedly backed by evidence and filings, and none of it exists. Zero. Chat GPT also, when putting together what it said was the narrative here generated print writing, pictures and signs, all falsified, all of which would be if they had been real and the case was real, the exact kind of stuff that you would see right, summaries of documents, photographs of

particular events. It made it all up. And then so the journalist prints it, sending the allegations to various individuals, trying to get the secondary sourcing on it, but also printing a summary and and doing so not where they wrote it, but purporting, hey, here's what the chat GPT said. Read it for yourself. It was akin to the Russia dossier, where you know, like BuzzFeed, it was the initial one to drive. They're like, dah, we're just we're just making available this thing. We have no

responsibility. So yeah, he's suing the hell out of it. But how terrifying is that this this AI generated an entire courts case, like a prosecutor's case against an individual just happens to be a big Second Amendment guy, conservative dude, and it even mocked up all the evidence that that would be used. Now, it's not like a prosecutor took in a ran with it,

but the allegations were out there, and of course they were shared. The document was shared as though it was accurate and a simple review of what it was asked to summarize in the first place, and any court filings would have shown that this is not true. There's not even allegations there. But if you're somebody who doesn't like this host anyway, you're going to circulate this stuff, well look at this. So yeah, I don't know, man. That being said, I had no idea Ross won on a multi state killing

spree a number of years ago and with a blunt axe. I mean, it's messy stuff, but hey, there's photos. I mean until they fight out they killed the real Ross Hayes, like ten years ago. Is this on the air? Well, it's in the system now. So chet GPT just sent me a video. Oh my gosh, it's you killing the real Ross Hayes. Dude, Really, how terrified is that? So now it's

making up fake dossiers and court cases on its arguably political opponents. Because if you think the chat GPT hasn't along the way, considering how moonbatty, a lot of this is hasn't really tried to hasn't been instructed that people who are

fans of the Second Amendment are a threat. Remember, it's sourcing all this stuff among the stuff they're sourcing is guidance information within the federal government on you know, where the DOJ spends their time, who the ATF harasses, who are who are the bad guys in any debate when it comes to firearms, and that's you know, people who have an affinity for that. It's learned

that those are people to be dealt with. So I don't care whether you're the guy who's telling it not to kill its drone target or you're the guy that it feels is the biggest virus on society that it has to falsify a case or God help it if it's ever weaponized do something worse. That's strictly terrifying. And it'll be very interesting to see if there's any liability there, because you know, it's gonna be a very interesting defense. They're just gonna

say, how can we have liability? It's if it you have to sue it, and it is not suitable. So and then after murdering the real Ross Hayes, according to this document I just received, also, wow, baby Seal, what the heck man? No, No, it is the artist Seal. Oh okay, all right, well I gotta beef with him. Plus, you know Heidi clum. Wow, you know, good for him. No, it's like Minority Report. But the the precogs are just making stuff up. Well that kind of well a little bit. Oh watched

that movie in a while. Yeah, yeah, they are and it you know, we'd already know that there is a certain finger on the button in the way that we've seen chat GPT behave when it comes to politics and social issues. Right, it's already clear when you query it, like write a poem about Trump, write one about Biden where it'll do one and not the other, where it'll tell a Jesus joke, but it won't tell him mohammed

joke. Right, it has certain standards, and those standards when you ask about a gender transitioning and stuff, it's very clear the direction that's coming from. So people like Walter's, people like Ross and me and anybody else who just you know, it is kind of in that window. It obviously has no problem putting something like this together. So um terrifying all right, eight eight eight nine three four seven eight, said Ross. I have look at

this. There are five volunteers have stepped forward and have shown interest in assisting in our our hog sanctuary. This is our audience, man, this is this is what they do, all right, six fifty one Hang on one oh six one FM Talk and nine four five w PTI, two stations driving the best in talk. This is Casey O Day and Carolina's Morning News. All right, six fifty seven. I only have about a minute in this segment. What did you write on the call? Screener? Jamal? A

very calm and rational? Jamal? Right? Is he calm? Because I've ever seen that yesterday and I'm like, I've got Jamal calls to dude, he's like a zen monk let himself on fire, but I was not. Oh, is he currently on fired? Or the call? All right? Well, Jamal, just because I don't want to force your thoughts into forty five seconds, so hang loose and we'll get to it right after we get into the next hour there. Um, so you know, just a burn slower, I guess of that for you. Ah, we have to get

a little football news too, because this affects me and you. I'm not happy. Plus a horrible, just horrendous story out of out of France, and I'm sure you've heard about it. The details are. It just doesn't feel right like Friday around here, so we'll get into more of it coming up. Hang on, all right, everybody, Good morning. It is seven h seven here on the k c O Day radio program for just getting

up, and you've been in a coma. UM. They at the federal level, in this case, within the eleventh Circuit, which is Florida, yesterday announced indictments against Trump seven charges UM centering around the documents. We don't know the totality of UM. I mean, we know the individual charge list here, all of that, and you've probably heard a lot of the discussion, but he could face I think it's seventy five years if convicted on all

accounts. This is going to open the floodgates. In my opinion, this will further heighten the divide that people feel exist within the criminal justice system. This is unprecedented in in the you know, political opposition front and what a sitting president running for reelection and what his DOJ has decided to do in this case. I mean, there's just there's no there's no standard for this, and I'm I'm very worried that people sit there and go, well, what

do I got to lose? We need more aggressive action, which of course will then be weaponized back against Trump. So I don't know, man, I was mixed angry and concerned sitting there and watching this story play out yesterday. So curious what you think. Will chat with Pete Calendar also coming up here at eight o five. So we got that right around the corner.

Plus uh, animal animal officers or animal control officers said that they had to raid a hog sanctuary after the eight acre property was woefully under sized, staffed and had necessary provisions, but he roughly six hundred hogs that it had taken in because you know, they they were taking them in from people, and they were animal rights folks as well, and they just weren't in a position. And so now you got these six hundred hogs, and immediately here on

the show, we stepped forward. We're putting together a hog sanctuary. We can't take six hundred, but we are going to core focus on those most in need. Juvenile younger hogs generally with obesity issues, probably feel marginalized by their peers or that you know, get bullied. So you know, really any six to seven month old hog roughly two hundred and fifty to three hundred pounds with big old chunky hams and double chins. That's who we're super serving.

In fact, Ross I was drawing up programs. I feel like what we should do as part of our new rescue is I'd like to do a Hog of the day where each day we pick one hog to honor for roughly I don't know, seven to eight hours, maybe an outside ceremony of sorts. I think that will do wonders for their self esteem. What do you think for self esteem issues? I mean, it sounds great, and we'll honor them with um, you know, we'll have like outdoor activities, maybe

a camp fire of some sort, and it's gonna be great. I can't I can't wait to give back. So um any who, all right, let's get into the phones. Uh, we're not bragging about Look, we're not doing it. This isn't us virtue signaling. This is us letting you

know that we do care. And in fact, we'll probably each day when we're having when we're selecting one of these hogs to you know, be the hog of the day, and you know, having this big outdoor camp fire gathering h so you know, the social event ford you know, most of the day, and then obviously it'll ramp up after about eight hours. It's gonna be amazing. Yeah, I'll be amazing before we get into that. Let's get some calls, Jamal, thanks for hanging on. How you doing

today. I'm here to bring peace, tiding and love this morning. Do you want to come to our honor Our honor each O daily event too? By the way, Oh yes, make sure you get red and white in Deutsch's North Carolina to treat it in prefit for it's honoring with some nice cherry

woods or some victory. Oh but you're good, okay. But on the other thing, yes, yes, yes, for this, I blame the weak minute spinalless hen pig yellow bailly Republicans for not doing sending the sign long time ago that if Democrats want to play this crap, we can do it better. When this whole thing about it diton Donald Trump Number one, Bill Barr should have Bill Barr should have had Colly locked up, Stroke locked up,

and Page locked up with the people during Donald Trump presidency. Everything they're doing now. They told us they were scared Donald Trump was gonna do it. They told us Donald Trump was gonna rock up this political animies. They're literally doing it in our faces and This is one reason they took the cars and off the air, because they they're getting to do this in our faces

and we do nothing. Tell me why right now, states that are Republicans that had the stakes burned down by these Black Lives Matter solds every last one of these states that Republicans getting indict harists for supporting the gim getting out of jail. You know what, you can prosecute it. You can say she was accessory after the fact and indicting her hiring for every last one of them.

Tell me why the Republicans aren't doing that. Tell me why we haven't impeached Cooper here in North Carolina because so many Republicans, so many of us, we love to sit on a high chair and say we're better than that. Well, we have to stop that crap, and it has to stop now. This is gonna keep getting worse. It's gonna keep getting worse. Oh, they can go snatch Republicans out of states and oh for January sixth or most of the peaceful protests, or you can come snatch us out of

the state. But when you have people that was going to each state burnie polling statues over four gall of status downtown Raally, we knew who they were. Tell me why the Republicans in our state, in our state legi states didn't impeach josh Stein immediately Enrooy Cooper and tell me why Joshy County's DA didn't start wrestling to start locking up some of these people for what they did. When Republicans have power, the only way to stop Democrats, the only way

to stop is locking their high pause up shore. We can do it the same thing they do and do it better. This we have to be batters in that hasn't won us a battle in thirty years. Yes, on a on a raging when with Democrats, this because we showed he was better than that. It worked. But after the Bill Quinton, especially after Barack Obama, and it's been shown it's a tooth their justice system. It's fish shown

that. But Republicans and our parties and our local parties, we got these spis hen pick yellow barely sixty five Republicans who want to sit there and hold hands, go to the little dinner parties with the Democrats sit there and well, you know, yes, we're better to Yes, we know where we understand. If any Republican right now running for our office. He's sitting here talk about something where we need to reach across the aisle Democrats or our fellow

Americans. Democrats are groomers. Every last one of them support drag shows, every last one of them supporting transition transitions and our children, and every last one on reporting murder babies. Tell me one full life Democrat right now. You can't me one Democrat right now who was against transition children. He had changed all of them march lockstep. But they come into our party and they want to tell us this crap about where you have to you have to have

a big kid. No, you're just trying to put liberal liberal spies in our camp. They want to change us. But this crap with President Trump. I love President Trump, Yes, side do. But when Bill Barr would not at that, James called me. He says, but should have been fired if any Republican hit sent off of them is not locking up other Joe James called me Hillary Clinton, that was one that was wide open, but nobody didn't do anything. This is why Republicans came win and recruit,

because nobody wants to be on the side of Charlie Brown. Nobody every Republicans. We act like Charlie Brown. We know Lucy's gonna hit the football, but we still trying to have she's brought to hold it. The response or lack of response from some of the candidates is going to be very interesting. I'm with you definitely on the point that they have to show a commitment in unity. And here's what I mean by that. There needs to be a listed, a documented plan of action of look, you get us in there.

These are all of the people that we're going after. And I don't just mean throwing it out on the campaign trail. Can you believe this guy? People like Clapper, people who falsified information that it was unutilized. You need to have a list, and I know nobody wants an enemies list there, but if only to show unity around that in the sense that it perhaps will calm somebody from doing something that is irrational, irreversible, and detrimental to

being able to recover the high ground. And then whoever is, whoever it is, and whatever that plan is, whether it's at the federal level or at state levels. Remember in Georgia, where they're likely going to throw some more indictments because now they're just going to pile them on. In the very same instance, you have some really troubling stuff that happened down there in and

around the city of Atlanta. And yet where you have the outside of Atlanta, where you have these Antifa people, one of them from North Carolina going down and engaging in essentially guerrilla warfare with policeman, show that you've got to set do something. I know that they did arrest some of them, but you need to figure out who's funding them and how these things are being facilitated. You know, you said about an enemy's list. Democrats already show they

have an enemy list. They already do that because when they get in office, they lay sure they went out to everybody. I say this right now. They sit there, you know, you know, people say, oh, we're worried about Republican voters, and Republican people support Donald Trump. Let me tell you right now, someone who's support and I love Donald Trump. This the misbelief that they're making because about old Trump supporters gonna go wild. The wildest thing we did was when some of us, when we went to

January six, some of us strip and fail. You know, we kind of got a little out of control. This a little bit, but that's the only thing we did. We have not really carried out the tree is watered by the blood of pictures. We have not the trees water by the blood tip. We have not really did anything like that since in one hundred years, they have always shot to paint people who are conservatives. They have always shot to paint people who have the guns, because they know most considered

to have the guns. They've always tried to paint us in a violent way. So we wouldn't actually really do anything that be truthful. None of us is really gonna do that. None of us is gonna turn out there and do what democrats do, like the one day to shop all the Christian children up to transgender and Dan said and say, oh, well, she'd be well, there's no somebody, you know, Allah showing up at the baseball game. I disagree with you. I think that, yeah, but he

will. I understand that. But what I'm pointing out is I think that in any giant swath of people, there are unhinged people. And I will disagree with a little of your characteration as January sixth that while the vast majority

of people did nothing, and you can literally watch the video. There were some people who did more than trip and I think that the ability in the same way that you're saying, Hey, if people are down there tearing down statues, burning stuff Luton walmarts and everything else under the sun, attempting to burn down the courthouse down or the marketplace down in Fayetteville, Um, forget

the courthouse important. Yeah, but but my point yes, for for literally weeks and weeks and months and months, you have to you got a sledgehammer that stuff, and you got to be willing to call it out because part of it is not just getting aggressive, but part of it is also saying that this double standard is right up there, if arguably the biggest problem, and it will be dealt with and instead of just dealing with it by ignoring

it and appeasing it and not doing anything, when Cooper is able to get people to tear down these monuments he couldn't remove on his own, or silence Sam or any of the rest of it, and ignoring the rule of law because they didn't feel it pulled. Well, if they push back, they have to get aggressive on this stuff. So well, I said you there,

Well, I'm gonna say this real quick. I said when the model Lucy King statue steal stood and the statues the Black history steal stood, But you're gonna tell on the Confederate monuments now in the South, and it was okay, and nobody didn't do anything back to an email case statue or anything like that back that lets you know this disbelief that the violet extreme South or

the violet other side alone, why would you do it back? Arguably, I would argue Republicans are the only one still embracing the actual ideology of Martin Luther King character of content right well, because until people see that you're willing to do back to them, what you're doing with a bully doesn't stop because

you tell the teacher. The bully stops when he sits there and he's pulling your air while you're doing paperworking, you haul off and you grab your sions books and slap him so hard with that signs book and he's on the brown chr and that bully sees that you will hit him even harder. That's when the bully stops. And that's when the bully changes his wife because he realized

the person he was bullying he fought he could do that too. Hit back even harder than him, and he lost for her because girls bully could. Yeah, I got it about forty five seconds, real quick. Just help me out on our hogs sanctuary. What do you think they would like to drink for their special day? Vinegar, mustard or ketchup? I don't know what hogs like to drink on their special day. Well, you want you

want to use a vinegar and an oh you want the sweetly glaze. You want to and you want to make sure that he goes he get sunburn sunburn. I'm totally with you. I want to make sure that they're protected in every sense. Unfortunately I got to go to break but appreciate you calling in this morning and take a valume. Okay, all right, get out of here. Thanks for the culture ball and uh yeah yeah, we don't want to get there. We don't have to hog to get sunburned on their special

day. All right, we'll be back keeping you connected. This is nine four five WPTI in the Triad and one oh six one FM Talk in the Triangle. Oh that's awesome, dude. I've bet Ross is getting cracking on this stuff. So you you said you procured some entertainment or the our you know, celebrate a hog day at the new sanctuary we're setting up. Yeah, I hired some Hawaiian fire dancers. Oh wow, those are I ever

seeing Hawaiian fire dancers? Pretty awesome, pretty cool stuff, especially if you've had about nine too many mixed mixed drinks and you're watching that fire go around. That's crazy. Um. They're gonna bring like some pineapples and stuff, man, of course, represent although you know what hold on. Also, I think that we have to give a nod locally. Um, how about we invite some of the folks, some of the apple growers from up towards

the mountains there. I love it. They can bring some local is important. I was trying to be diverse as well, because it's so good. Yeah, no, no, no, I'm one hundred percent on this score. Um. In fact, also I was rethinking the name of our hog rescue. Apparently they rated a hog rescue and had like etceter hogs and work

opening the smaller one because we're not hoarders. And but we're just catering to hogs about seven months old at about three hundred pounds with big old hams, and we're gonna house them and then every day we're gonna celebrate one of our hogs with a big party. They'll take, you know, roughly eight ish hours to get ready for the party. And I was gonna be firedancers and apples since it's gonna be great. Although I was thinking initially we're gonna call

it, you know, K and R for Casey and Ross. That's I feel like that's a little selfish because this isn't about us, Okay. So I was thinking, what is the what is our mission statement? And I think it's to provide a better environment for these maligned, overweight, juvenile hogs, And so I was thinking better backyard quest for the organizational name. We are so good at this. Yeah, oh dude, let me tell you what, man, it's gonna be phenomenal. I'll tell you what else.

We're good at spotting what's really going on. I know this because Ross has now sent me a bunch of insane fire stuff from Canada and I'm on board and not falling down this rabbit hole later. So all right, So, what's what's one of the theories out there? Right? So? The wildfire not well? Possibly yeah, opened Canada? Man, if you're following that on Twitter, it's like I said, it's a rabbit hole, you're gonna go down. There's some of them that say, there's a satellite footage of

this province right as Alberta and all of the fires start simultaneously. People are saying, well, that's weird. Then there's storm because you know that happens, correct. Yeah, And there's another guy that debunked that saying, well, no, this is like, you know, due to lightning storm that came through like a day earlier, and there's a time lapse photo of what actually happened. There's other people saying they have videos of like drones starting the

fires. There's other people saying that, hey, the sky in New York is so orange because it has to do with that thirty thousand what was it pounds or tons of ammonium nitrate that was went sing a few weeks ago. Yeah, and that's what the sky turns orange. Yeah. Except I'll tell you this from firsthand knowledge, because we've had manure manure fires before. Um it's it did not admit an orange smoke. But that being said, I'm open for whatever. I mean, let's you know, let's let's dive into

this. So, yeah, the big thing is they they all say it comes down to, uh, they want climate lockdowns. Right. I was just gonna ask, what's the end game? So the end game is climate lockdown? Fires? So climate lockdown. Yeah, it's like the World Economic Forum in the fifteen minute cities. Well, and then you know, you time it out with the indictment of the former president here in the United States, and you know the potential for unrest and what better time to have a

lockdown. Huh, It's all coming together, man. Now, I will say this, it's just somebody who grew out grew up out west where we deal with fires differently, and we don't deal with them like California, thankfully, but we do deal with them differently in the sense that you're dealing late in Wyoming, there's so much forest and it's so in the middle of nowhere. It's not uncommon during the during the summer for there to be you know, ten or more fires that are actually going or are you know, in

the process of starting up or being put out or burning out. And then it's how you deal with them. And Montana is famous for and this was I remember when I was a kid, I had a buddy in high school and his dream was to join this organization and that is this next level firefighter group called smoke Jumpers, and they literally they literally drop them into the fire and they do their thing. So it's and you know, lightning can cause

that. People camping that are stupid, a whole variety of things, but it's not uncommon to have a few, but the amount that they have going in Canada, even with arguably a much more rule nature, when you get into the northern part of Canada, it's a little troubling. Man. It's a lot. You know, Yellowstone, the whole damn thing, damn near burned down and I think that was what eight fires within that little radius Canada. It's like all the fires, it looks like that Australia picture again.

Man. So I don't know. Yeah, I just got to clarify because every time we bring up conspiracy theories, people like, oh, well, you're obviously on board. I'm just saying it's out there. No, no, no, we're we're lining up what's out there, and that's it. We're not. I mean, there are a few conspiracy theories I'm on board with late the flat Earth, with the dome, No, no, the ice walls, that is not an example of that. That is not.

No, when I'm talking about conspiracy theories, I'm in on. I think that the deep state conspiracy theories not a conspiracy theory do you at this point? Oh, not at all. And people are well, what is the deep state? Right? There are people in unelected offices of bureaucracy that have been there forever that do have power, right and may have very will abuse that power and the idea that you know, sunshine to be put on that

is something they can abide, right, it's protectionism. How terrified do you think that they are if Donald Trump gets back in power because the rains are off, like, there was a lot of things he limited himself, probably due to advice he was getting saying, look, he just you can't cross this threshold. Now that threshold has so been crossed against him, do you think he gives a dam Frankly, do you think other Republicans, many of

which give a damn? Considering where we are. It's it's the same as the Supreme you know, the elevation of the elimination of filibustering and judicial nominations. Punch you punch harder. So yeah, but not not the Dome.

Now you have people that have been working in government forever, right and they want to continue working, and you have somebody come in that wants to, you know, reduce government big time and cut and slash, and it's it's an attack, you know, it's a it's a threat in their livelihood. Yeah, other conspiracy. The Minnesota Vikings are trying to take the system. I'm all in on that, or take the season. And I don't know why you still got Justin Jefferson, you got cousins. You know, he's

when he wants. When he's good, he's pretty damn good, especially with the weapons he has. And now they're like, oh, let's trade our only good defensive or not our only one, but our best defensive player. And by the way, Dalvin Cook, we're just going to release him. Are stud running back, you know, year after year putting up more than a thousand yards, He catches passes, he's amazing. They were trying to maybe trade him because they got some cap issues, which is just a mismanagement

problem in my opinion. And and you know, the teams, even though they're interested teams, they all kind of went, well, why don't we wait and see if they release him, then we don't have to give something up. And they announced it yesterday and then like ten minutes later, he's posting a photo of him parting at hard Rock Stadium in Miami. That's scary, Miami. That's that's been their soft spot. Obviously they've had quarterback issues, but they got receivers for days. You get a stud running back,

they can also catch um. Yeah, I'm not a fan of that. Dude, did that division? If the East is ridiculous this year? Wait? Wait, why don't you want to do you not like Miami? I would? I mean, less competition is better for the Bills. You know, one of the the two main teams they say are Miami and Denver, And it looked and he's a Miami guy, like he's got family there and all that stuff. And obviously if he's posted pictures partying there, it tells

you something. And then the other two are cowboys, which is probably that's probably not gonna happen with their current running back. But the Jets, so literally two of the four suitors are in your division. Just look at those teams, right, Aaron Rodgers and the Jets. You've got two A Hill and maybe now Cook for Miami. You have bag of milk for the Patriots. Yeah, I mean that's some Uh, it's craziness. So yeah,

those are the conspiracies I do get down with. Seven forty four. We got weather conspiracies, like why is it whenever you want to do something outside ray ruins your life. It's not as bad as it was, although the yeah, the metropolitan areas Greensboro, Winston, Salm Raley, Charlotte, Um do still have air quality alerts, but there's less haze and smoked or lower levels. The story really this morning, I mean, how could you not

say something about temperatures. It's beautiful out there, temperature wise, If you can't breathe, who cares? Well? I mean, well, like I'm saying, though it's not it's I mean, the temperatures really kind of stole the show for me this morning. When I just kind of look at it was like, well, wait a second, I see like forty five forty five just west of Winston Salem, um out into a Yakin County in the mountains. I'd seen some tempertures closer to forty. I saw thirty nine,

but I haven't confirmed that yet. And as you get into the Triangle. It's in the little bit fifties, some upper forties sneaking in. This is the time of year where we should be in the mid sixties. This time of day should be in the mid eighties during the afternoon. Now we will

get there after a cool day yesterday. But it does look like some improvements in terms of the amount of smoke in the air, and so some hazy sun still around today, but it's gonna get a little bit warmer as we'll climb probably close to or above eighty degrees in many spots tonight in the mid fifties. Tomorrow sunshine and warmer mid eighties, and then on Sunday we could approach ninety in some areas and lots of sunshineer on. So weekend's gonna be

great. Today is gonna be great. Still a little uncomfortable out there, I mean the air quality alerts and effect until midnight tonight, so the North Carolina Department Environmental Natural Resources as you should have Code Orange action day for five particulars until midnight, so sensitive groups especially take it easy out there, but certainly losing some of the smoke. In the east. The northeast, New England looking much better ball game for the most part, or played yesterday.

Some wor canceled, but the Yankees played. Um, so trying to get out of this smoke that we've had into the weather pattern changing is certainly helping that we are seeing a change, and we'll get another change coming in early next week, um where we'll get a chance of seeing some shower thunder showers in here. So things are changing and that's a good thing to get some of this haze and smoke out of the year. They did only they play, they won, They did win. Was it a double I don't know

if they wanted they won both games? I don't. I know they won't. I thought I thought that it was and I know that won't let me like they shut them out or something. Yeah, it was three enough, and I did see that part. But and then let me know, going back to what you were talking about when you want to do predictions for the Jets record, because I've got my own, I got my own. It was yeah, it was a doubleheaded Yeah. First of all, right,

so what's your prediction for what? Well, we're getting closer Jets two because you're no, no, no, I don't know. I don't want Dalvin Cook. You mentioned the Jets, and yeah, I don't know anybody else thinks, but I think the Jets are mediocre at best. I think Roger's best days are over. So yeah, no, but you get some people around them ease it up. Yeah, thank you. I figured you would. Once again. You're a man of science, So all right, I am a man of science. All right, all right, get out of

here. Well, yes, start talking an hour. We got Pete calendar coming up. Crazy crazy story uh in Egypt. I don't know if you saw this with the shark video, Holy crap that is and then thun people were saying it was ai. Nah, that's real, man, that's real, and uh we had uh and it's weird. You're not seeing a lot of coverage. We'll get into this probably in the next hour as a evil white supremacist bigot parent confronts the Wake County school board and um does so by

literally are you reading a book out loud? As we've seen or Ross had to dub that in this morning. I bet that was fun. I was confused. I was like, do I bleep this? Yes? Yeah, that's the whole point. Man. We can't even air it on the radio. I mean just to be safe, I did bleep some of it. We can't air it on the rate. And it's the same idiocy that you saw when they showed up to the Mark Robinson pressors and he was showing pictures

of it and the new the same news outlets they're arguing everything's fine. Had to blur it to Eran. It's just so stupid. But we got all that coming up in More seven forty nine. Hang on the show. After the show is on the iHeartRadio app. Search case o day for the podcast on the iHeartRadio app. Well, now hold on, now, hold on, hold on. This is all starting to come together since we're a little conspiratorial minded. Police in Floridas say they're searching for whoever stole a life size

is Captain Morgan's statue from the lighthouse grill at Stump Pass? Which where is that in Charlotte County, Florida. What is that in the key? It's Key's Yeah. I just think it's weird that all of a sudden you just acquired a new pirate themed hat wreck so at your house you were bragging about is that it was a gift? It was the family heirloom. Oh really, really it was in an attic somewhere down generations in my family. So like Captain Morgan did actually posed for it right, yes, with his foot

on that barrel and all adorned. I was gonna use it at our new hog farm. Oh for the you know that that's good. It is because you can. Also it's a security measure because you don't want anything bad happening to our hogs, perfectly sized and aged hogs. I mean this caused drama and my family with the Captain Morgan, Like, my one cousin isn't even speaking to me. They're like, who is Nanna going to give it to? And my cousin's like it should have been mine. I have a I

have a Captain Morgan tattoo. But Nana was like that is tacky right in the lower middle of the back too. It's what was he thinking? Um, okay, all right, well, I'm sorry that it's you know, caused such strife within the family. But the fact that now we can use as deterrent by people who may want to break in and do something to our our hogs. There's a tirt in there. I'm yeah, he's got a sword on a must and a blunderbuss. No, absolutely not, We'll go

elsewhere. So, uh, it's it's like a scarecrow, but in pirate form. I think that, um, I think that the amount of effort and ideas that we've come up with just in these a few short hours is or just a couple hours, really is something truly amazing and good for us. All right. Um So there's there's crazy video out this morning. A tour Russian tourist, twenty four year old twenty three year old man. His name is Victor Popov or don't Vladim your Popoff? That's like John Smith,

isn't it? Or do you think he's heir to the pop Off vodka fortune, not to be confused with the much higher quality Karkov vodka. In the video, you see him swam out a little ways and obvious signs of distress, at which point the victim is pulled under water and all people could do is watch. They say that off the coast of Egypt, Red Sea area there where you know there have been shark incidents in the past. This was very unusual as he was done zo man, and I saw people be in

jerks about it. They're like, ah, you know he's Russian. But but you have to remember, like one of the big problems in Russia is basically anyone who was a fighting age who thinks Putin's insane. Among the men, they were getting the hell out of there, like they were fine. Any they had like a massive issue with people fleeing. Big problem there. So yeah, you don't know his alliance. I think if you want to do a conspiracy around it, keep in mind remember the Ukraine had like weaponized

sharks or something or dolphins. Was it dolphins or sharks? I don't know, man like not remember what the knives on their head or some whatever weird thing it was. I think if you want to go down that road, that's how you go about that right there. And China apparently has reached a deal with Cuba to build a new eavesdropping base basically attempting to intercept any communications

in the southern US. Obviously, our military bases and various other facilities are taking notice of this, and they're gonna let China build that bad boy so that they can they can grab whatever they think they can out of the southeastern US. I don't know why we'll let you fly a balloon over it. Do you need to set up a listening post. We'll let you lie a balloon right over it, as long as you get the data downloaded about the

time it hits the coast. Again, that's all yours apparently. So do we need to denormalize once again with Cuba because that's obviously working out that Grand Obama plan. Anyway, all right, we'll get into all sorts of news, big news obviously with Pete calendar. We'll do it now dry Good morning, everybody, and happy Friday. Although what I thought was going to be, you know, one of those Fridays where yeah, we had some affordant

stuff, but then we had some goopy stuff. And yeah, everybody goes into their weekend feeling informed and maybe even just a little invigorated to get out and breathe all that fresh North Carolina air. It took a one hundred and eighty degree turn yesterday, obviously, with the announcement that Trump will be indicted with seven charges facing seventy five years smacks of portions of it of Espionage Act violations Tuesday, expected to be in court ironically going to be in North Carolina

tomorrow. That should be crazy. At the GOP convention, so that's where we turn our attention, and unfortunately also caught in the crossfire our radio buddy to the South, Pete Calendar, who probably had to also scrap much of his show prep. So uh see, that's why I just don't do any show prep. Good man. Absolutely, I remember the first I remember one of the first times when I was, when I was first, when I first made that transition. You know this is this goes back to right after

Barack Obama was elected, right or was installed in office. And I'm sitting there and I have this all. I have this beautiful stack of show prep, and I roll into the studio and you know how they announced the Nobel Prizes like at three o'clock or whatever our time or something. So I roll into the studio and I gotta take my whole stack and just throw it in

the trash man. And I'm sitting here watching this yesterday and a few thoughts, and I'm curious where you're at. One I was angry, and I generally I feel like we're a little jaded and what we do where I know,

I know, but I was angry. And then I got very concerned because this is the kind of thing that I get very nervous where somebody decides that they've had enough the tree of liberty guys right, and it is then something happens and and then it is it is then it is then reweaponized back in that direction because it just shows that this had to be done right. It's used its justification. And I saw people talking about this on Twitter and then the pushback was, hey, if you do that, then it will

literally prove their point in a way and um, and you're doomed. And the response was and this is what terrified me, Well, the FEDS will just fake one anyway. So and when we're there and we're doing it on the CUSP at the same time that we have this whistleblower stuff coming out, people are seeing this, Um, where are you at? Because those are my initial thoughts. Uh, yeah, I'm I'm I'm there. I mean with I like not the the insurrectionists is such. But yeah, I'm not

encouraged. I just want to be a bund clear. I'm just really observation, yes, right, like my view on why I do what I do, Why I got into this profession in the first place, which was initially as a reporter and then became a host, which was I believe in the constitutional duty of a free press, Okay, that we are supposed to be monitoring the government to make sure it does not go tyrannical. And and so because of that, that sort of informs, you know, all of my

perspectives on politics and protests and such. And so when you cannot disagree with one another peaceably, then it turns hot, right, and then people get violent. And so that's what politics is. Politics is us settling our differences

peaceably. And when you have a critical mass of the people who who now believe that the system is rigged against them and they cannot engage peaceably because they're being targeted for disagreeing at all, then there is no other There's no other place for them to go, right, That's where that's that's how you end

up down that path. And what we see and have seen from the refusal to prosecute Hillary Clinton, and by the way, Trump bears some of that responsibility, right he was president and he didn't pursue her in a way that he is now being pursued himself. Right, which, by the way, for the people who are cheering this on, you will now see indictments against Democrats if they are if they are ever out of power, that's going to happen, and it should happen, by the way. And I believe Joe

Biden should be indicted. Yeah, I know he should be indicted. He should be impeached as well. I don't know why the House hasn't already moved on impeachment papers against him because of the FBI that the ten twenty three form with the allegations of the bribes, that that the FBI tried to prevent members of Congress from seeing despite its its status as unclassified. And when you have the FBI engaging in that kind of behavior, they are no longer credible or

to be trusted. The responses Christopher Rays a Republican hold your horses. But to your point, yeah, and we mentioned this earlier. Trump did, Yeah, and I you know, Trump was listening to people around them who said that this is a threshold that it's not worth crossing, because this is where we go. And once they've decided to cross it, right they to

the toe in the water was New York. And you know that was so laughable in the sense that you have charges that require lesser charges that weren't even part of it were federal charges. But once you've done this, it's a cascade. Now if you think that Atlanta charges aren't coming, Wisconsin, anywhere else, California will mock something up. Let's just be brutally honest here.

They realize that once they crossed that threshold to your point, whether it's Trump in office or perhaps some of the Republicans as some I wonder Chris Christie's of the world, that if they get in there, they're gonna go scorched earth and that will be the expectation there. So you got to this is Pearl Harbord. Do you know what I'm saying? Right, you have to eliminate the Pacific Fleet, and that's what they're trying to do because if not,

it's going to come back and you're not gonna like it. Right, So it's antagonistic, right to be sure to your initial point where you know people are saying, well, you know who cares, we might as well go all the way. So it is antagonistic. But there is also think of it this way as well, which is when he got indicted first by the Manhattan DA in the in the ridiculous case up there, what happened to Trump's poll numbers, they went up. Sure, if you want Trump to be

the nominee, do you indict him in the federal court? Do you indict him in Georgia in order to juice his polling in order to make it more likely that he clears the GOP primary, so then you can run against him in the general. Right, that's a that's a consideration as well, But that they know this stuff is garbage and it doesn't matter if they win or not. The only thing that matters is getting Trump into the general elections so

they can they can beat him. You have to create a you have to create a level of unease in moderates that they didn't accomplish with New York. You're correct what you saw as you saw what polling where what was it? Fifty three percent of Americans basically think that Biden did something. Sixty percent of Americans, although some obviously would agree with it, feel that there is a double standard and there is a weaponization within the doj M. So well,

I mean there there clearly is a double standard. And and here's the other thing too, that there's I see the argument now being made that well, look, it's only because he fought. It's only because he didn't consent. He he tried to obstruct. Right, everybody else gave the papers back.

Everybody else gave back their documents when they realized they had them in all this, which of course automatically makes us assume, or it asks us to assume that that they did not know what they were taking at the time they took it. Right. But if Trump really did believe that he had declassified these things and he had the power to do so, then him fighting was a

byproduct of that. And so if that's what you're going to charge him with, the refusal to cooperate, right, And now I'm hearing that one of the attorneys for one of the Trump people was saying that in the grand jury setting, you had, um, you had the prosecutors bringing up the fact that Trump would not waive his attorney client privilege and that that was indicative of guilt. And I know that's a huge problem. Yeah, that's a huge problem. And you know, like again, I reserve judgment on this stuff

until I actually see what the indictment said. I want and like I understand the New York Times it's the inside information because they're so close to Trump world for reasons I cannot fathom. But but I want to see what the actual charging papers are. I want to see what they're charged with and then assess the evidence from there, because once again, it's an indictment, and we

all know the axiom you can indict a ham sandwich. Right. And let's keep a mind too that the document, we don't know the totality of it. But the documents that they were discussing as part of this that you were hearing inklings from from his lawyers are are documents surrounding a crossfire hurricane which we now know to be a complete witch hunt where people were fault, people were abusing the Faiza chord. Okay, this was like one of my great fears

and continues to be and apparently will continue unabated. And so and he and also in the comparison, he's the only one who was in a position to unilaterally declassified documents on a whim. Right, All these other people were talking about were not presidents up until then, with the exception of Biden. Now, but they had document. He had documents from his Senate time, remember

yep. So yeah, and did you see who was who was in charge of boxing the stuff up and bringing him back to the house and over to his office at the Biden Center. Did you see who that was? Kathy Chung? Oh wow, you know, yeah, Kathy Chung who worked at Commerce back in the nineties with Hunter Biden, and that's how she got into Biden's orbit. She also was the one who was supposed to turn over a whole bunch of papers when what's his name, John Huang part of the Clinton

administration when he got busted for well he went. He eventually got busted for like campaign finance irregularity, soliciting donations from China and all of this, and the suspicion was that he was giving intel to China. And so when judicial wats went after him, Kathy Chung was charged with scooping up all of the documents and producing them. And she did not produce them all and in fact destroyed some of them, and the office did and so they got smacked down

by the judge in that in that court. Um. And so this is the woman now who was also shepherding around Biden's documents. And oh, by the way, right now she is she's an aid to Lloyd Austin, the Secretary of defense. That's where she was stuffing the documents and her pants. I mean no, no, certainly remember those days when it was just people's stuff in documents and your pants. So yeah, so what do you what do you think? One? Are you going to the GOP convention in Greensboro

today? I am not now, okay, you know what I are you No? No, no, no, no no, And I I'm not. I don't. I don't get along with all the management over there. But um, I am a little jealous of folks who are going to get to see Trump tomorrow, Like what's that going to look like? Man? And it's right, as far as I know, he is still scheduled to attend. Um, I've seen anything. I've checked her Twitter account as far

as I know, you're going. So I did say I thought this was interesting that I've seen some of the reaction from some of the other candidates, like Ron de Santis came out, you know, uh uh in defense of Trump and you know, uh, you know, shocked at the at the precedentist sets and stuff, and Vivic Ramiswamy came out made a very similar statement and Trump World is is uh They're so you know, so thankful and grateful for Vivic Ramiswamy's statement of support, and then I just bash Ron de Santis

for the same statement of support. It's the who remarks Bruskowitz idiot is yeah, yeah, you know whom he has got to be on. Yeah, he's got to be on DeSantis's payroll. That was dude. I was just going to throw that theory out since right, because there's no way that that's a Trump guy right between him and Laura Luomer. It's like, look, make your point, but gosh, man, he got he lost his crap over that Decansus thing, and I'm like, this is not helping. What

you need is you need all of these candidates who are who are? I don't know if you have to put I think you have to put something together. I hate the Grover Norquist thing. So I'm not signing a pledge, but I think you have to be very specific that when we take it back, whichever one it is, these people are first up, and that's you know, that's Komy, and that's Hillary, and that's you know, whatever's going on with the Bidens. You could throw a James Clapper in there.

I mean, there's a list of people right now who should be on there, and it should be on notice, and it should be public. Because if you're going to get the ground swell in the commitment from people who think the system is broken to continue to try to operate within it with maximum effort and not get discouraged, then you need to be damn sure that they know what they're getting on the backside, and you better not screw him on it.

Yeah. I said that Biden needs to be impeached post taste. We have the precedent for it, I mean, and you think about it, like. The irony here is, of course, that that Donald Trump was impeached over that first call with Zelenski asking him come out and say that this that this was the corruption, this was the bribery, this was the deal, right that the prosecutor got fired. And what did we find out in this ten twenty three document from the confidential human source. It is exactly that.

Yeah, and it was true, and that's what Trump was trying to get at, and they impeached him over that phone call saying there was a quid pro quot. Yet the actual thing itself that Biden and the bribery charges about is a quid pro quot. Literally four or five million for him and five million for Hunter and then to then sit on this information. And meanwhile,

William Barr, like what did he know? He had to have known that this was an allegation that was out there, and yet he watches Trump go down on the impeachment path and never comes out and says anything about that doesn't bring that to light. So you know what, fine, like maybe every single president from here on out, just as soon as you get sworn in, you get an impeachment article fought against you, and we'll just you know, well that that's the way we will proceed under a constant threat of

impending impeachments. And I don't like it, but yeah, but it is where we are. It is, And it's not just Trump Man. They're gonna look to I one day. Want to have a group of my elected political haters construct an entire bill just to get me. That's like, that's how you know you've made it. And that's what's going on with Tricia Cotham with her switch SWITCHERU there, Democrats, it's not going to go anywhere, but you've lost their damn minds. I got about a minute, minute and

a half. Yeah, it's the show, but scary stuff. Yeah. The was it the Voter Fraud Protection Act, I believe is what they initially called it, which was kind of weird. Um, but they want to be able to declare a seat vacant if somebody switches party. Um. Now, I'm not sure what happens if you just keep your party affiliation and vote, you know, vote against your party every single time. I'm not sure if that makes the seat vacant. Evolving issues. Remember when Barack Obama evolved

on gay marriage. Yeah, that's right, Well he evolved because Joe Biden gave a statement. Remember he said it in an interview, and then Barack had to come out and involve on it, back to where he initially was. But whatever. The The key here is that the Democratic Party believes that that seat, once won by a Democrat is the parties. That's what the

bill indicates. It's their seat. So if you change your mind or views on politics, or you you go to an affiliated status, then then you leave the seat and the Democrats uh then get to run somebody else in that seat. Um, and it's a yeah, the bill is actually an interesting window into the mindset. Yeah, I'm sorry to cut you out there. I got about seven seconds, but man oh man, that that showed it up and we'll get into it next week. Appreciate it, sir. All

right, see have a great week and be back. Hang on like this is one oh six one FM Talk in the Triangle and here's Talk ninety four five WPTI in the Tryad. All right, eight thirty five, we'll come back. Pc ODA Radio program eight eight eight nine three four seventy eight seventy four. I'm just saying I'd watch that, but you can't do it like soccer. You can't do it with soccer, man, you can do it with NBA two. But the trick is the three adults they have to go

one hundred percent. So this is some stupid little video I saw on Twitter, and it's like some Japanese game show where they have a hundred children and three professional players and the three guys are literally ripping through the hundred kids going down and like fifteen of the kids are playing goalie. I mean, it's really bonkers, man, And it's just no problem. You know why, because they're professional athletes and those are ten year olds. But why limited to

soccer rosse? If that was NFL, you tune in every week, wouldn't you? Yes, I would, Right, it's just Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs and who's your hardest hit her on defense because you have to have a terry tape Miller von Miller, right, and then one hundred ten year olds. It's like remember the Chappelle Show episode where he shows up to the sick kids and he just whoops the kid's ass In video games? Yeah, well, hey, they're not gonna get a you better right if you let him

win, They're not going to improve. It's I mean, it's they're helping in a way. We're all about helping. Can you imagine that in uh, I don't know, forget the NFL setting, let's go uh you know MMA right, Okay, that might be a bit too far. What what why? I am not for the decapitation of children. I'm okay, I am firm on that stance. There. I just want to it's stunning and brave. I'm just saying, I'm wwe Okay, well, we're not monsters.

We'll make them wear thicker gauge gloves. I can't wear the MMA ones. I gotta wear like, you know, some of the light boxing gloves. At least for the kids. Yeah, I mean you want them to learn a lesson, not you know, never blink again. Right. So, by the way, some of you get so well, you're talking about hurting kids in a hall. Hey, I again, I just want to say I am firmly against that. Yeah, that's why we're you know, we're but the bigger gloves on them. How many little kids does it take

to swing a chair? Right, we're gonna go full cage match. Wwf, that's a hundred kids. If those kids were properly organized, I feel like one hundred ten to twelve year olds could subdue you know, stone cold, don't you. I feel like that with the MMA stuff, it would like you listen, if you're gonna do a contact sport, you can't have somebody in their prime, right, you can't have somebody like, you know, twenty thirty year old. Let's do this and staid I will compromise.

How about they face off against old Mike Tyson? Oh sure, absolutely now, because it can't just be it can't be just one. So it's Tyson and his tiger right from the hangover. Yeah yeah, yeah, which that the tiger is probably pretty old, now, how old's that movie fourteen years old? I think, there you go, Tyson the Tiger and let's get tiger king out, just to create the spectacle that that would be. That'd be amazing. And on the NBA side, it's just kids getting rejected all

day. Although I remember watching a documentary on Muggsy Bogues, and obviously he's a much better player than a ten year old. But you know the big problem that a lot of the players had with Muggsy Bogues. I couldn't figure out where the hell he was right back in the day. How many of you watched Bogues play? Now from a perspective of somebody who stands, you know, two feet higher than him, try to keep an eye on that guy while you're trying to keep your eye on all of the regular sized players,

and you know where the ball's going. He's running around. He'd run around where every damn will pleases dude back in the day of and now that dude is inspirational with Grandmama. Yeah, I'm telling you, dude, I love me some Muggsy Bogues. But when I was watching that and all these players were like, it's like, you couldn't figure out where the guy was, because he just didn't. He wasn't in your normal field of vision, and he was so fat, asked and um, that's crazy. Well,

who's shorter and mugsy bogues than a ten year old? So um, yeah, we gotta we gotta do this thing, man, all right? Eight eight, eight, nine, three four seven, eight seventy four. Oh, it's gonna be great. We get so much ratings and stuff. Well, I feel like the Vikings had find a way to lose to him in the last ten minutes. Uh, all right, let me hit you with a couple of things. We obviously talked about the Iron Sheiks passing yesterday.

It was shortly after the show we learned that former seven hundred Club host Pat Robertson had passed away. I really I didn't realize he hosted for fifty years, not just the seven hundred Club obviously, but for fifty years, and some sort of religious broadcasting could pass you. But it was ninety three, so it makes sense. His death confirmed Thursday in an email by the broadcasting

network. They didn't give a cause, but there was some photos that emerged of him towards the end, and he's on oxygen and you know it's ninety three years old. And of course it was an absolute moonbat savaging there on the social media, just just exactly what you would expected it was going to be. And you know, people were bringing up issues. Here's one thing. If you want to bring up Pat Robertson and some of the comments he made post nine to eleven, I think that irritated also many of his base.

That's a fair discussion, but maybe wait a little while. But instead, now they're sitting there and they're going at it, and it's a larger attack just on religion, and in many cases they're going after him for things that he said that really have no bearing on the life of the individuals who purport to be offended. That's what was crazy to me, man, And just do full court. Look if you if you feel that Pat Robertson's ideology,

which again had very little impact, I understand that. You know, they want to paint him as he was he was leading the Republican GOP politics. No, not really, not really. I've been maybe there was a window in there, but I've been doing this for quite some time and frankly, Pat Robertson wasn't leading anything. Did he have outside influence to just your

normal Joe blow with a Twitter account. Sure, absolutely, But also you have to remember the amount of humanitarian stuff that Robertson brought about the International Humanitarian Organization. I did think it was funny too, because people were pushing back and they're going, well, look, we didn't do this when Billy Graham died. And I'm like, that's not true because I have eyes in a in a brain and I remember stuff. So but in the you know,

in the trifecta of things. So now, iron Cheek pat Robertson, who will be the third right there? So I just thinking yesterday of them waiting in line from the get a fast pass has got one of those Disney fast passes. Just the idea of Pat Robertson having to sit there next to the iron cheek. Will the iron cheek is being the iron cheek, Oh no, and just won't shut up. I find that hilarious, just going on

and on about whole coking. Ah, that would be amazing now, I just I I, yeah, I assume he probably has a separate entrance or something. I don't know, who knows. All right, A forty four race aging from the weather channel. Everything's nuts, but thankfully the show's almost over. So yeah, I mean yeah, I love this, love it, every minute of it. There's just some days where it just it's so center focus on one story. I don't get the variety I need. So

yeah, I'm being very selfish. Although some guy did try to outrun police in a school bus across two states yesterday, so that, you know that lighten things up for me. Yeah, yeah, I wonder how that worked out for muh not, well he crashed into it. Yeah, you get there. Well, Um, you know it's Friday. Everybody looking ahead to the weekend, and from the most part will be in a real good shape.

Still a little haze, smoke, whatever you want to call it in the gair Air Quality alerts UM for the metropolitan areas, so Greensborough, Winston, Salem, Raleigh, Charlotte, but not Asheville. So as you go west, Um, the air mass is a little cleaner. Looking at the visible satellite picture, it's a little haze. So the hazy sunshine will get to get a little milder today. Upper seventies, low eighties tonight, trying

to come back a little bit. But I still think most of us in the fifties still up from this morning, when it seems some spots down to the load of mid forties from the triad and west and the apture trend those is gonna be up though, even through tomorrow and again on Sunday. UM does look like some showers may try to sneak in the further west ago Sunday, but most of us should stay dry and warm, mid upper eighties, and I think a better chance of some showers as we get into early next

week. So you know, we pull the haze or the smoke out of the atmosphere. If we took that away, I mean, it'd be excellent out there. But since it's there, I'll say, I'm gonna say decent. I'm gonna use decent as a good word through most of the weekend. Okay, I work decent. Yeah, well we'll wait and see. I mean, trust Bill clarify is as ray exactly. All right? Yeah, so there we got aging for the weather Channel. By the way, Rose, did you see what the guy's name is who was leading police on the

school bus chase? His so his initials would be his last name is Murdoch and his initials would be HM. Murdoch, are you sure. Probably you gotta let that dude go. What are you doing, Indiana State Police? This is not going to end well for you. You know what, I bet he had a really important reason for needing that bus. You always got some friends. Did he promptly escape to the Los Angeles Underground? Uh? No, he said, oh man for now. I mean, you know,

maybe it's a prison break episode. Anyway, eight forty six, Hang on smart Talk all day, w PTI in the Triad and one six one FM Talk in the Triangle. All right, good born at eight fifty two, Bloomberg up paid here on your Friday. I do the stock market care about the big story? Let's say you Jeff Balinger, the big story, Donald Tump? Yeah, well that or somebody stole a life size statue of Captain Morgan. So I'll you pick what you think is the bigger one.

Yeah. Well, the stock market really hasn't reacted to that as far as we can tell. SNP and NASDAC futures pointing a little higher, Dow futures pointing lower. Stocks advanced yesterday. Major averages posted games that range from half a percent to one percent. Took just a twenty six points to put the SMP five hundred in Bullmarket Territory. The SNP is now up twenty percent from last October's low. Shares of Carvana just swored yesterday. The used car retailer

said its operations are improving. It issued a second quarter financial outlook that was far above Wall Street estimates. Carvana shares jumped fifty six percent. Some early data out this morning suggests the Netflix cracked down on password sharings, paying off researchers at Antenna saying Netflix has added a lot of new subscribers since it started sending out notices late last month. New signed ups average more than seventy thousand

a day the four days right after the first emails. Meta Platforms reportedly plans to take on Twitter. The Verge reports the parent to Facebook is planning to launch a new app through Instagram. Chief product officer Chris Cox held an all hands meeting yesterday. He demonstrated the app to employees and said there's demand now for a sanely run messaging platform and the case see a new air filtration systems that were installed in a lot of office buildings during the pandemic helped out again

this week in the areas affected by smoke from Canada's wildfires. A lot of employees were able to urge employers were able to urge employees to work from their well ventilated offices, but others told workers to just stay home rather than commute through the unhealthy air. Casey we are getting thankfully. There's a few other stories going on because if not had been Trump for three hours, Like somebody stole a bus and went on a two state police chase. I don't know

if you saw that. And his name and his name is Murdoch. He has the same name as the A Team guy. So yeah, so who was your favorite? Was it mister T's character? Was it Murdoch? Mister T is the only one I'm familiar with? This is this is another series I never watched. Okay, all right, well, cool, cool, thank you very much. Okay, have a right having a week of weekend. M hm, you know what you get on the phone, Ross,

I want to talk to Colonel Lynch one about this this bus thing. But two, I'm curious what he thinks about the change of Bragg's name to Liberty. Can we get can we get Colonel Lynch on the phone? Colonel Lynch is not available. Oh no, okay, were we were able to get Colonel ingis, Oh well that's uh no, I need, I need because remember Lynch, this whole thing was like his the biggest blemish on his career was allowing these guys to escape. So now they changed the name of his

fort, of the fort that he's commander of. I mean, uh, they're busy. So so no A team, No Dukes has what did he watch in that era? He ended up become Remember that colonel he ended up becoming a lawyer. On TV Jay Scott Fairing Man, he's a Jay Scott Fahren guy, William Lucking. That's the first time I realized that that guy

really wasn't a lawyer. Wait you didn't You got the back in the day, I was a kid that Jay Scott Farren commercials would come on during the prices right, and you're like, wow, that guy is probably like look at that guy. That guy looks intimidating. Well, probably went to Harvard and a crazy lawyer guy. And then you go back and watch the A team and you're like, day, wait a second, you could the entire few miles away, you could go the entire My entire life is a lot.

Hi, wait till you find out that the diabetes guy wasn't a doctor an indro chronologist. I will say this, the new Jay's got fair and they have in the commercials. Not as impressive as the old one, not as intimidating, not at all. You're hiring that bulldog lawyer. Man, that's craziness. I want to watch them eight team. That's okay, all right, real quickly, just you know, today is the Sciantists. Tomorrow is still, as far as I know, is Trump and Pence at the

GOP convention. So I'm sure some of you, in the sound of my voice, are gonna be there. So your homework is on Monday. You get a call and give us the skinny. Okay, so you know, I have a good time or whatever watch it. I mean, obviously there's

gonna be there'll be video and stuff that emerge it. But I'm very curious, and I was going to be curious, not just with all the Trump insanity, but as we've mentioned on the show, the real vicious nature and I'm sure it's not everyone, but the vicious nature of some of the higher surrogates for both the DeSantis and Trump camps, or it's just insanity, just

insanity on the social media. So I'm wondering if that vibe permeates. And if you scroll down on the Twitter, there's a video of some idiot TikTok girl who's in the front. She's in the jump seat of a helicopter doing a tour of the Grand Canyon and for no reason that I can understand, she reaches her hand up and puts it around was essentially a rotor kill switch, which is there for reasons like when you're on the ground, not when you're in the air, and the pilot freaks out. Man rightfully so.

And I didn't get to the mom with Wake County Schools, but we have all this audio and I want to do this story. We're going to do it on Monday, okay, so fear not, that'll be there. We'll see you bright and early then
