Understanding about the functions of the human genom is a major challenge that hasn’t been fully resolved to date. It is proven that all genetic information are coded in the human genom. To figure out the secrets of the genom in 1990 the international „Human Genome Project“ has been founded. This scientific association wants to decode the Human DNA. By understanding DNA, researchers hoped to find out new methods to cure diseases. The project comes to an end in 2004. But first since 2021 the human genom is considered as completely decoded. Independently of this, many interactions between genes cannot be fully understood to this day. Therefore it seems important to focus on the whole system and not just study the individual parts. The Genom EP is the first solo EP from Kapoor at KataHaifisch and the fourth one on KataHaifisch at all. The two Songs of the EP are defined through strong Basslines and touched by amazing sounding Synths. With his musical journey Kapoor leads us into hidden realms of human existence and delights us with exciting Downtempo.
