Kasbh's Rant #49 How honest do you want people to be

This week we the "Honest" conversations we say we want people to have with us.  We talk about if we really want to hear someone say NOPE we are not interested!  Ok so that is the concept but we are really talking about presentation.  How can you be honest and still be tactful .  If we all spend just a few seconds and think before we run our mouth how much better can we be at communication.    We also talk about how maybe our 1st impressions might be wrong and if we take a second to think before we run our pie hole we might not screw up something that could be very awesome!
