5. Adventures in Connecting

You Are Everyone and Everyone is You: Often we go so out of our way to avoid disappointment and getting hurt that we wind up putting up walls that keep us frustrated and alone. Or we project our story onto others to the point that we create unmet expectations. But that doesn’t have to be the case. Connecting with others is an opportunity for growth because it reveals our vulnerabilities as well as our strengths.
