31. In The Middle

Now Moment Has Arrived: Peace seems to be eluding us at the moment. Just when we think we’ve found relief, something will come and remind us that fear, sorrow, and grief never seem too far away. But all these experiences are meant to bring us to a space to create peace in our everyday lives. What we need to do is make the choice to be in the present because only in the Now can we dictate how we can truly live and feel in the moment.
