We Create Our Narrative

There’s a constant hamster wheel of thoughts rolling through our minds at any given time on a daily basis. For most of our waking hours, we aren’t even aware of the perspectives these thoughts are feeding us and thus the narratives we are currently living out as a direct reflection of the limiting beliefs we are being fed.
