Joel Spitz's Journey with Revision Homes

This episode covers my own brother Joel Spitz, who first became interested in buying houses when he was in fourth grade. He bought his first investment house back in 2011 at the age of 24, and has owned a total of 14 houses and two pieces of land. He is in possession of 11 units still today. .
