Episode description

Justice Centre lawyer Marty Moore has co-written two papers on the issue of conversion therapy bans and recently appeared before a Calgary city council committee considering a ban. In this show he discusses concerning actions by Calgary City Councillors and the constitutional concerns with City of Calgary's proposed bylaw: it's vague, it's broad, and it violates Canadians’ rights and freedoms.
