Special Counsel Jack Smith's Surprise Letter

In our longform weekend podcast - we again discuss The Trump Trials. First up - Glenn does the weekly legal recap and talks about Judge Aileen Cannon's ability to be impartial. He then discusses a surprising move by Special Counsel Jack Smith who filed a discovery letter that turns over all of the grand jury transcripts. Directly following this letter - Donald Trump posted a message on his social media begging congress to help him. Did Jack Smith spook him with his letter? Then, Glenn says many people are asking him if the court can select a fair and impartial jury in Fort Pierce, Florida which is a deep red county. He says there are tricks the judges and prosecutors will use to make sure this will happen. Finally, Glenn recollects a time in his college days when a computer crashed and ate his homework - giving him a deep resentment of computers to this day.
