Reliving trauma and rising beyond it

In this episode I talk about my experience dealing with my neighbor who harassed my kids and I and caused a lot of trauma. Dealing with flashback of living in constant fear and being in fight or flight mode because of their addiction and subsequent obsessive watching of me and my kids. Getting triggered but now seeing things from a different vantage point. Finding strength within and leaning into it. And gratitude for the experience while not wishing to relive it again.
