Navigating these wild times, introspection has been key

This episode I talk about navigating these uncertain times. There has been a lot going on over the past couple of years but the past few months seemed to have also been extra challenging. When you're going on that spiritual path or path back to self you're needing to go deeper so of you've been in hermit mode you're not alone! But its spring time and it's now time to break through the tough dirt and show how we've blossomed.
