When former Talking About Gamers co-host Steven Hayward contacted me asking to come on my podcast to talk about depression and suicide I knew this was something that needed to get out to the masses. Steven spends a few minutes talking with me about his emotional and mental roller coaster over the past few months and how he has found support and a better direction in his life.
