Since it's founding in 1985, EMILY's List has helped elect more than 180 women to the House and Senate, and the 117th Congress begins its first session with a record number of women in office.
Jennifer and Stephanie discuss why Republican women made more gains than Democrats in the 2020 election and whether or not Democratic women have plateaued after a historic year in 2018.
