In this episode we speak about Laura’s experience of going in to perimenopause earlier than expected. Symptoms started during the Covid lockdown and were appearing as more mental symptoms rather than physical ones so were perhaps harder to spot. Laura also talks about her experience going to the Newson Clinic which is very interesting for anyone thinking about doing the same thing or perhaps is worried about going private vs NHS.
