In this episode I interview the gorgeous Lucy Nisbeck about her menopause journey so far. Lucy is a truly inspirational early years teacher (one that you feel truly thankful for that they are out there teaching our next generation!) who shares a lot of positive ways to adapt the negative bumps in the menopause road.
