Dr. Lauren Blackham earned her degree in naturopathic medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, and completed a two-year residency at One Sky Family Medicine in Seattle, WA. She continues to practice naturopathic primary care in Seattle, WA and also holds a license to practice in California where she currently offers virtual care. Dr. Blackham strives to help patients discover the root cause of their issues, which often includes investigating gut health, hormone balance, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and mindfulness. She has found mindfulness practice to be a huge game-changer in her own mental and physical health, and is interested in finding ways to help her patients become more connected to themselves through mindfulness and embodiment.
