Dr. Uma Naidoo is a Harvard trained nutritional psychiatrist, professional chef and nutrition specialist who wrote the recent national bestselling book, “This is Your Brain on Food.” She founded and directs the first hospital-based Nutritional Psychiatry Service in the United States and is the director of Nutritional and Metabolic Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and Director of Nutritional & Lifestyle Psychiatry at the MGH Academy while serving on the faculty at Harvard Medical School.
