Are You Calling Me Immature? ft Shade

Today I have my lovely friend Shade on the podcast. We were having a discussion the other day about being friends with or working with people that are not in your age range and the difficulties or differences that can arise because of it. She is 22 and I am 34 and trust me we do not get along all the time. We are at very different stages in our lives BUT I can be a little immature (sometimes) and she is also very mature for her age, so it works out. Same thing with people I work with now and in the past. Age really does make a difference just because of life experience. You become more aware of what is happening around you and a little less live for the moment and a little more scheduled.
