In this case we talk about a women who killed her 5 children by drowning them in the family bathtub. She was in and out of hospitals but never had her children taken away from her. Which is very strange. From being found guilty and sentenced to 40years in prison her conviction was overturned and she was found not guilty by insanity. And was moved to a low level security mental institution where she could possibly be released in 2041 at the age of 71 years old. Which is just scary to even think about!
