Attorney Nathan Lewin will review the multi-year history of litigation over menorahs displayed by Chabad in public plazas. From Chabad's victories in the Supreme Court with the Pittsburgh menorah to its victories before the US Court of Appeals in Cincinnati and Atlanta. Mr. Lewin will also review the current controversies over Chanukah menorahs in many towns, and the assistance he has been providing as recently as this year.
