On this special podcast episode of “Journey to Midwifery” we hear from Margarita Rocío Pérez Silva, a Peruvian midwife for over 26 years. She is the National Dean for the College of Obstetrics  and the President of the Peruvian Midwife Association. She is speaking  on the state of midwifery in Peru during the Covid19 pandemic The episode is translated by: Sandra Oyarzo Torres, who is the Vice President of the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM), and is the first to Represent South America with the ICM. She has been a midwife for over 28 years and is now a professor at the University level. (Of note: this episode is in Spanish and English)
