Tacha is a childhood abuse survivor, is a recent Triple Negative breast cancer survivor, and has battled Interstitial Cystitis for 15 years. She quit her job in corporate America and went back to school to get her master’s. She became a licensed clinical marriage and family psychotherapist and a Resilience Coach. Her mission and passion is to make mental health support and education accessible and convenient for those with chronic health issues. She is the founder/CEO of Resilient Life Institute LLC.
