For 36 years, Lucy had never faced her childhood trauma head on; she attempted suicide at the age of 11, fought with addiction all her adult life, and was getting into one failed relationship after another. After a bad breakup, just before lockdown, she searched for a person, a podcast, anything that would help her start her healing journey but couldn't find anyone. So, she spent her time during lockdown paving her own way. Now, she has her own podcast advocating for mental health, created an online course about mindset control, and is one of the biggest influencers on TikTok advocating for mental health.
