Lizzy came from poverty and it took her years to shift her thinking from ‘there was never enough’ to ‘there was always enough because you are still here.’ Along with holding a Master’s degree in Education, Lizzy is also trained as a Freedom Leader and in the Evoke Method that both allow for paramount shifts to occur so clients can experience powerful perspective shifts. Lizzy helps her clients bring mindfulness and positive thoughts into their lives, so that they can step into their power.
