Hayley Adams, Traumagility

Hayley is a retired Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) veteran and licensed therapist. She understands trauma from both personal and professional lenses, working with first responders, trauma cases, crisis care, and family issues. But Hayley wanted to help more individuals on a wider scale. So, she started the Traumagility podcast, a podcast about healing trauma, and also hosts Front Line Strong Podcast, a podcast dedicated to first responders’ trauma healing.
