Episode description

Can you imagine a life where you're constantly crossing off items from your bucket list? How about being driven by a roadmap of dreams and desires that you've given voice to? That's precisely what we're aiming for in this episode of Journal Party. Join me, your host Alex Gallner, as we venture into the unknown territories of our deepest aspirations, using journal prompts to guide our exploration.

This isn't just about setting goals but understanding why these goals hold such significance in our lives. We reflect on the joyous moments when we have managed to tick off items on our list while also daring to envision our lives a decade from now. Let's face the fear of those dreams that intimidate us yet still beckon us. We'll wrap it up by integrating the dreams we share with loved ones into our individual bucket lists. Come along on this joyous journey as we declare our intent to live life fully in the ways that matter most. And remember, there's no party like the Journal Party!
