Episode description

Feeling overwhelmed is a totally normal emotion. We all feel it from time to time.

Whatever the reason, it's important to find healthy ways to deal with your feelings.

One way to do this is by journaling.

Journaling can be a really helpful tool for managing stress and anxiety. It can be a place to vent all of your feelings, without judgment. It can be a place to work through your problems and figure out solutions. It can be a place to track your progress and see how far you've come. There’s so much value to getting your thoughts out on paper.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, why not give journaling a try?

Today we’re working through 5 journal prompts to help you when you’re feeling overwhelmed.

And of course, if you still need help, think about reaching out for support. Good friends and family are great when you just need to vent or be heard. Or if it’s something that’s a little heavier, no shame in seeking therapy or counseling.

Whatever it is… “This too shall pass” as they say.
