Focusing on something, no matter how small, that excites you, can literally change your brain chemistry. It's called anticipation, people. And it's It's way better than complaining about how tired you are. So go ahead, write it down and see you after the song. Okay, here comes problem number two.

What's something that's annoying you or dragging you down right now? Be honest here. What's sapping your energy? A lot of times we push through this stuff and push it down and it just festers. But calling it out, writing it down, helps you to deal with it. So what is that thing? Maybe it's an email that you're avoiding or some random life stress. Whatever it is that you're trying to Name it, write it down, and then let it go.

Sometimes the simple act of naming the thing that's annoying you is enough to let it lose its grip. So, give it a shot. Alright, here comes prompt number three. What's one small, super doable thing that you can knock out in the next half hour? Seriously, don't overthink this. It's not about conquering your whole to do list or becoming superhuman in the next 30 minutes. It's just one small, tiny thing that you can do that'll make you feel a little bit more accomplished.

You could be sending an email. Organizing your desk or even just standing up and stretching. When you do something small and you win in it, that win gives you energy to keep going. So what's your win? so much for watching, and I'll see you All right, here comes prompt number four. How are you physically feeling right now? I'm totally serious. When you're stuck in your head and you're feeling sluggish, you're usually ignoring your body. So, are your shoulders hunched? Is your jaw clenched?

Is your posture just garbage? How is your breathing? Write it down. A quick check in with your body can tell you a lot about what's going on. Alright, last one, and this one's pretty big. What's a mantra or affirmation that you can tell yourself right now to shift your mindset? I'm not talking about some woo woo stuff here, I'm talking about something that you actually believe. Maybe it's, I've got this, or I'm ready to take charge of the day. Find something that resonates with you.
