In the second episode of our 2-part masterclass on late-phase ACL rehabilitation, Dr Dan Lorenz shares what it means to bring sport specificity to rehab. It’s not about replicating every drill the athlete will do at practice. Rather, Dr Lorenz encourages clinicians to understand how the athlete moves during sport and treat the impairment that’s preventing the athlete from unleashing powerful movements.
