So carp swap is simply a way to take something, we love and switch it over to something that's better.

That hopefully has very few sugars and carbs, so it doesn't break our fast. You basically take total carbs and x 4 and that will give you a total of Sugar calories. Now the way I do it and the way I would recommend to you is when you are fasting try to keep that 20. Always. Now when you break your fast and I recommend you do it sensibly. Every day you can go up to 25 carbohydrates, x 4, that gives you 100 sugar calories. I love lemonade. I think we all have had good

lemonade. This unfortunate is what I would say is belly bad. This is going to cause hunger and the It's going to cause hunger because if we go to the back and you take total carbohydrates, you can see it right there. A hold it still there. 53 carbs. That is crazy. 53 carbohydrates in this one serving of lemonade they take 53. Multiply it by 4 and we get 212

sugar calories. That's over a two-day allotment and that is way too many carbs if you're trying to drink lemonade and you think it's going to cause you to Lose weight or stay thin. It'll never happen, jerking traditional eliminate. So let's swap that for something better. Check this out. This is what I would suggest you get lemon juice from this is Santa Cruz.
