Happy New Year. It's where he cruising, welcome to the show, guys, I'm thrilled. You're here. It's 20 22. And this season on our podcast, we are going to go deep on the subject of solo subject, really things connected to it, of course, as well. But on fasting and why intermittent fasting with Aikido lifestyle will transform your help Way Beyond even weight loss, as much as we all want a flat stomach, what intermittent fasting will really do is improve longevity.

Disease, prevention. And with covid-19 being crazy right now in 2022, we've got to have every Edge to improve our community energy longevity and why not? Even are the B&W, everything it's going to prove everything and so on today's show, we're going to talk and just briefly on what is intermittent fasting and why it's something.

I'm coming to you from my studio, which is in my hotel room here in beautiful Colorado.

It's snowing outside, aren't you can see the snow out there, but it's a gorgeous. This day, my team is here and we are really getting focused for 2022. And we're kicking it off this Sunday, obviously, and I'll tell you more about that and how you can become a part of that. But really, let's talk about what is fasting. You know, it's an ancient tool that our ancestors used out of necessity, because it was how we survived for hundreds of thousands of years. Our bodies are so capable of

eating one meal a day. We don't eat three meals a day. That's only something that truly has happened in the last 100 years. When Advent at the refrigerator happened about 90 years ago and salt helped preserved foods for years, of course, beyond that. But intermittent fasting is really understanding that you can create a Time restricted eating window and the smaller the window, the more Health you will get my goal for you if you choose is to try 23 hour window

of fasting. Now some of my clients do a 16 hour window which gives them eight hours to eat, just like two meals a day. Most of my clients that start to get the best results with do one meal a day, but I leave it. Up to and we'll talk about that on Sundays meeting. But really, it's about knowing that this window of not eating is what going to is, what's going to improve your health,

It's as simple as taking four eggs and removing the whites separate the whites from the yellows and make an egg scramble. Have it for breakfast.

Have it for lunch, it's a cheat meal at Salt and Pepper Sybil you. As we say in Spanish, which is onions cilantro, you had some green veggies. If you want, keep it all green, not too much and it will turn off hunger for hours and hours. Because it's all healthy fat healthy fats from yolks butter, heavy cream and coffee for examples of great faith cheating fast as well. You're hungry Waters. We've talked about him.

What we're going to do is continue to talk about these fasting, cheats all throughout the year to give you the edge to do this on a regular basis. So you have the edge to maximize your health and go Way Beyond weight loss. Like we said, to really improve your ability to overcome any issues with disease in your body.
