Is it possible to be in the house yet far from the Father? Could a son actually see themselves as a slave? The older son appeared to want a party for himself, but what he actually wanted was priority. He did not understand who he was as a son. No matter if you're in the far country or working in the field, the Father views you the same...as a son. And celebrating sinners that repent is time with the Father that's well spent.
